Algumos cuartos no tienen refrigerador ni microondas, hoy me dieron el 220 y no tenia nada de eso no pude enfriar mis cervezas

Este hotel es un Es un cochinero tiene chinches y cucarachas y si no me creen levanten el colchón y fíjense las fundas como están estuve 10 minutos y salí corriendo

I think the front desk lady is bipolar,she was nice and sweet and she yelled at me and my dog after we paid for 2 days, she's a friend of the devil, WOW 😳 thank you for being strict, strict is good

El Rio provides the bare essentials, and it is a good deal based on the price. I would recommend this accommodation to those budget travels who want a certain level of comfort and cleanliness for a pretty good price. I comparison shopped around for prices, and it seemed to be one of the cheapest in that area, which is why I decided to take the risk and choose it for the night. ||||I rented a single bedroom with King Size bed. The building itself is a little old, but the rooms are well maintained and clean as well as pretty big. There seems to be a heater/AC unit, which I fully took advantage of. I am glad that motel had a huge parking lot for my truck, and I could look out the window to check on it. Inside the room, there were comfortable chairs and a table, a dresser and a place where I could hang my clothes. The bathroom is bare, however. It has a tub and shower; the sink area is pretty large, so I could put all my stuff on there. It seemed like a standard motel, providing the following: clean towels, little soaps and shampoo, plastic cups. ||||The motel offers high speed internet, but be warned, you should bring your own Ethernet cable. I forgot mine, but the office loans network cables for 10 dollars security deposit fee or something. The color television was a pretty decent size; it came with cable television, including HBO. ||||Within a block, there was a Ralph’s supermarket and a bunch of fast food restaurants, which was good. This motel is not for everybody though, but it’s perfect for those who want to save money on housing and get a clean, decent room. Overall, I was impressed with the quality given the price of the rooms.

The place was infested with roaches! I woke up to roaches crawling on my arm and saw 5 when I turned on the lights. I informed the owners and they very rude about it telling me that I’m lying even though I showed proof with pictures ! On top of that they were accusing me of just trying to stay quick to have sex and leaving with a refund , just because I was with a girl (who was actually my sister). I demanded some sort of refund since I was only there for a hour with bugs everywhere and was no longer going to stay.. they refused and called the cops! Very insulting people and a very dirty place.

The motel is ok for the price, the woman manager can not handle the stress of her job. I lost my bank card, the woman was so impatient she would not allow me the time to go to bank and get money out to pay her, she said that I could come back with the money but get out the next day or leave now. I got the money and paid her, she made me leave the next day. I went back wanting to pay for 5 days in advance she continues to lie to me stating it is rented with no vacancies. They do have vacancies. She says she has severe headaches, get a new manager she is a stress cadet and loosing money by turning away paying business. I cause no problem to them I do not smoke and there is only me no noise or anything. She threw a fit because I lost my bank card and my battery was dead in the parking lot. She would not even allow me to use the toilet while waiting for the AAA auto club. The man is nice and reasonable but she is the boss. Get a new manager I did nothing wrong she is rigid and not flexible.

The price is very reasonable. the cheapest in the area. i stayed there a few times on business in the area; decent rooms, some of the rooms smell like an old place, others are a lot better. lots of cable channels on their tvs (big flat screens) dont expect the quality and niceness of a big national chain hotel and you wont be dissapointed. so far i'd say this a good MOTEL, and would stay there again.
