This was a great resort in my opinion. The ambiance was so creative in the way they blocked out the neighborhood on the outside of the resort. The rooms were simple and clean. I liked how they decorated the rooms in the Moroccan style theme. The pool was comfortably temperatured and the spa was heated perfectly. This was a beautiful get away place. The breakfast was complimentary and was just a simple selection of things. The drinking water tasted good as well as their Moroccan tea lemonade.

During my stay I enjoyed my massage by Rebecca, she was kind and professional. I loved the lavender oil and I felt more relaxed after my session. However, the room we stayed in was so small without windows or chairs, and the breakfast was not good. We had low budget food with unhealthy pineapple juice and cinnamon rolls. As a Moroccan, I was expecting something more authentic and culturally related.

I am fully aware that the hotel is not specialized in Moroccan cuisine, but it does not have to be gas station type of breakfast. According to your website: "...We’re pleased to offer all sorts of yummy goodies from pastries, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits and juices...." What we actually had is far from fresh juice. Rather, pineapple canned juice and Texas cinnamon rolls. What matters is not the breakfast itself, it is more the principle.
Concerning the room I stayed in, it is ADA compliant hotel rooms can have chairs, but they must allow for enough space for people using wheelchairs to maneuver.
My feedback is for the seek of
making future improvements and helping potential guests to have a clear specific understanding about what to expect.

Our experience at El Morocco was unique and wonderful. It was a good location for our goals of visiting The Palm Springs Aerial Tram and Joshua Tree National Park. There was no hustle and bustle of a typical hotel , iInstead , it was an oasis of calm energy and beautiful surroundings. A private peaceful retreat.

This is perfect for what it is a boutique hotel where you go to relax and get away. You are not far from PS and RM.
It's not a new super fancy resort, it's an intimate place with waters to transport away the stress of life outside the walls. The rooms were clean.
There aren't a lot of rooms, I was told it was the most packed he ever saw it when we went.
The breakfast was simple and perfect. The staff was responsive to requests.

I think the message was overpriced but that's "whatever".. take don't take it.. (?discount code?🙄🤗)
The cats were fighting and you could smell them on the outside furniture😑.

The truth is I don't want you to go because I want to keep it to myself and limit demand so prices stay reasonable.

The foregoing was an umcompensated review by a person that can be extremely "picky" and understands hospitality.

We enjoyed every minute, hated to leave. Staff makes you feel welcome and cannot do enough for you. Amazing place with incredible atmosphere and ambiance with attention to every detail. Feel like we are back in Morocco. We definitely will b back. Thanks for a great getaway.
