I recently stayed at El Camino Mobile Home and RV park for about 4 months and found my stay quite pleasant. The first thing I noticed about the park is it's quite atmosphere; no barking dogs, or loud people. The office staff and owner are very nice and helpful; they were able to answer any questions that I had and made my stay very comfortable. They have 24 hour on-site staff to provide peace of mind for all tenants. They have a laundry room, with vending machines and a honor library and they allow 2 pets per space. While I was there i was informed that the owner was in the process of beautifying the park with things such as shade trees. All of the improvements look great! I would definitely stay here again!

I have rented for 10 months and will be here for quite some time. I have recommended this Park to others and each and everyone of them are glad to live in a tight neighborhood of good people that watch out for each other. The owner has guide lines that keep the park enjoyable for all residents. And he is very easy to talk to and a very polite man.
I recommend this park.

This was an enjoyable park. My husband and i stayed there years ago. The manager and her husband were awesome she even helped me get ready for my wedding! Owner is cool but is reserved. Follow the rules and i can say youll have a great home

One of the cleaner RV parks. Other tenants are respectful and mind their own business making it feel like it’s not so crowded as it is. Owner comes off as an a**hole but is a gentleman and maintains the park immaculately

the staf came out and helped me unclog my toilet several time. very quiet. near grocery store and the arden fair mal. i lived here for a year and a half.

The manager Aaron was very accommodating and polite the people in the park her really cool. Help my house wasn't being Built-in Roseville I wouldn't have a problem living here at all

It is a very quiet place to live the people are very friendly and respectful the owner is also very respectful he always helps his renters with things around the property. You couldn't ask for a better place to live
