Close to the beach. Friendly staff. Refreshments available in the lobby all hour including a grab-and-go breakfast in the morning. Everyone at the desk was so friendly. Felt safe. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen had fridge/freezer, coffee maker and coffee, tea kettle, dish soap and scrubber, dishes, broom and dustpan, etc. No bathtub in my room but other than that, not many negatives. Reserved parking spot per room - great perk! I hope to come back again and bring my family next time.

What an awesome place to stay for my birthday weekend! It was so close to the beach, I could smell it. Full kitchen included. It was so nice to be able to heat food up and store cold things in the fridge. Room was amazing with plenty of space. The staff was simply amazing and Frankie the maintenance guy was super cool and helped us with a small hiccup the day after we arrived. Highly recommend for the price and accommodations. We even got a discount on unlimited ride bracelets as well as some snacks for breakfast. Can't wait to go back. We're already planning our return.

What a GREAT experience we just had here!! Our group of 7 had 3 adults and 4 kids from a 9 years old to a 1 year old. We stay in room 104 and it was just the perfect size of space for us. We had a fully staffed kitchen and dinning area with a little shared patio.

Checked in around 8:30pm and it was very quick and smooth. In the morning Jessica was super kind and patient with my children and gave us some suggestions on where to eat. They offered some basic breakfast items (cereal, milk, yogurt, muffins, hot cocoa and coffee) at the front desk.

Room service was friendly and willing to help in whatever we needed. We had the pool to ourselves and the beach was only 4mins walk from our room!! Fantastic location. My family is already asking when are we going back!!

In all fairness the Inn is still being renovated. The facility was cute and clean, and staff is nice and friendly. Rooms were ok. We could hear normal conversation happening in neighboring rooms and sharing a patio with other rooms was not inviting at all. We had to keep our patio door shade closed for the entirety of our stay for privacy. Our carpet was dirty but overall, it was ok. Location was the best aspect of this stay.

Our family had a great time in Santa Cruz. Staying at the Edgewater Beach Inn for 2 nights made our experience very laid back and we were able to enjoy the Warf and Boardwalk without having to plan for driving or parking. Good value and clean room. Very friendly staff.

Your up on a hill overlooking the ocean with the sounds of gulls and sea lions drifting up. The interior has some nice mid century design details like exposed wood beams. It's not generic. It feels unique. Walking to the wharf or downtown is super easy.

Absolut ekelhaft. Zimmer wurden Jahrzehnte nicht renoviert. Sehr dunkel, kaum Licht vorhanden. Keine Klimaanlage. Ebenfalls keinen wirklichen Meerblick, außerdem hörten wir die Nachbarn die ganze Nacht schreien. Sehr dreckiges ekliges Badezimmer, siehe Bilder. Würde ich nie wieder im Leben buchen und kann nur jedem davon abraten hier zu schlafen.

Room 118 has an exceptional view, private deck and full kitchen. ||It is basically the size of a one bedroom apartment.||It is a very short walk to the wharf and boardwalk, and is just overall excellent.||We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
