Thean at the desk charged me a deposite that they didn't refund. I double booked and they would not cancel one of the bookings staff was mean and room was dirty. Don't stay here!

When I stayed here for a week the first time, I mentioned the chair in front of the desk would not stay elevated. As I finished my business in the office a new chair was being wheeled into my room. That is SERVICE.
When I returned to Jonesboro a month or so late this is the only place I would consider staying.
IT checks all the boxes. GREAT WiFi (both download and upload speeds), comfortable bed, wonderful hot water with good pressure, great room service and flavorful coffee in the office.
No breakfast wasn't a problem, Waffle House less than a quarter mile away.

Stayed here while I was in between places and I was very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and the property overall. You can't beat it for the price in Jonesboro.

Relatively average room but it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. They had wood flooring in the room we stayed in wish was nice and I liked how good the water pressure was in the shower. No it’s not a 5 star hotel but if you want a place to lay your head at night at a very affordable price this is where you need to stay.

The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are very clean. One of the best hotels around for the price. It's quiet and there are never people loitering around like at most of these hotels. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean hotel for a great price.

They are absolutely covered in roaches. The manager expects you to put down a deposit even though a person is already in the room you are paying for. Mind you you’re not the one staying there your friend is and that man told me I had to put $100 deposit down even though she had already been there for 2 1/2 weeks. No sir, I’ll take my business somewhere else and that’s exactly what we did. Videos of roaches being sent to me from my friend is absolutely insane though.
