Cozy, well-located community with great, responsive staff. Justin has been especially helpful and communicative throughout my entire time here. Walking distance from a number of quality shops and restaurants, but out-of-the-way just enough to avoid direct noise and traffic.

We've been living in the Eves apartment for almost a year. And these apartments are great. The maintenance team and leasing team are great, and they respond fast and are always so nice. And the apartments are so beautiful.

I have been living here for 3 years and never had any problems . maintenance done by Martin and team everything was perfect. Richard N Matt are fabulous people in the office..But last month my car was broken into i had complained this to the team and after 1 month my car was stolen from car port on top ..I want to request to the apartment management we are paying rent of over $2300 Still there is no sort of security no CCTV ..The apartment main gate is always open..Why would anyone stay when something big like a car is stolen and the next night the Gates were open the whole night ..It has broken me from inside and still i dont think there will be any response from the apartment owners..If such a big apartment company cannot provide basic security for personal vehicles then its not a safe place to stay

Moved in May 28 2024. Very Nice apartment complex! Excellent Management team. Justin and Luis took care of all our concerns at the Eaves Cerritos apartment complex...thanks guys! Gabrille is an excellent Maintenance Technician...job well done! Thank you ALL!

I wanted to leave a review for Julian who has been immensely helpful these past couple of weeks. We needed to get a lot of things fixed in the apartment and he was very prompt in all his help. Extremely willing to help and a great demeanor. Super nice guy. Really enjoyed the service! Thank you Julian!

My time at Eaves Cerritos was short (13 months) but the staff was always amazing and responsive. I wanted to shout out Jocelyn Pedroza at the leasing office specifically for being so amazing to work with. During my move out process she was always responsive, caring, understanding, encouraging and so supportive. I’ve never met someone so sweet and awesome to work with.
