The appartment was clean and well located, within a 10' distance to the beach.
The room itself was not that big, but there was a second room with a sink, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge, a table and a chair.
The woman at the reception was very kind and welcoming.

The sheets were really thin and old, although clean. But it made it less comfortable.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, and every time one of us moved, the other would feel it too.
During the night, we both ended up rolling to the middle of the bed because it sagged in the center

This place was great ,good price no trouble with cash deposit. Nice and clean 👌 you can smell it when you walk in. Had parking that we could keep an eye on the car. Front desk was always very nice. Very happy with our 2 days.

Budget Motel in ruhiger Lage zum Boardwalk. Getrennte Schlafzimmer und das günstige Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis spricht für sich. Jedoch gibt es keinen Getränkeautomaten und Eis nur für Token, die man sich am Empfang abholen kann. Geht zwar auch, nützt einem jedoch nichts, wenn man Nachts noch etwas trinken möchte.

I found this hotel via priceline. I was looking for something that was inexpensive but not cheap since this was in California. I had called in advanced to let them know I would be arriving late. I was told no problem and it wasn't. In fact, I got an upgrade at the same price. The room was very spacious and everything worked properly. The proprietor was very friendly and personable to my needs and I was extremely appreciative. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ehhh, You get what you pay for.
The bed was like sleeping on a board.
The pillows were a joke.
They have sheet metal for a bed skirt. So every time you walk around the bed if you dare touch it it sounds like you just hit the gong.
Bath towels head stains on them of some sort.
Renovated updated painted room, but still a very budget hotel like a motel 6.
We could hear the guy snoring in bed in the room next door to us. Along with his coughing and discussions....
The location was nice no doubt, the front desk clerk was awesome.
But I didn't sleep well for two nights.
