Exceptional Service from Levi at the Front Desk.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree this weekend and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi, at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, He greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent !!!

This hotel was very good for the price! I think the interior and lighting could be updated a bit, but it was overall acceptable. The location is just off the highway, and it’s not too busy. There was a mix of people, some families, some pilots, and a few random people checking in late at night. Service was amazing- Briana and Levi helped me out and they were very pleasant. Cookies were also warm as well! For how many amenities there was and for the price, I would definitely recommend if you have to stay in Palmdale

the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected. the room was very noisy from the elevator, you could also hear the toilet flushing in the next room. About breakfast. When we booked the hotel, the photo and description indicated that the breakfast type was buffet. but when we came for breakfast we were offered only 2 dishes to choose from and that's it... even drinks were paid. There was nothing else. why deceive people? The breakfast was not tasty, there was a bone in the sausage and the pancakes were burnt. very disappointed in the hotel.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we chose the Fitness-themed room, which I highly recommend for anyone who wants the convenience of working out without leaving their room.||Brianna at the front desk delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. She thoroughly explained all of the hotel’s amenities and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed. Brianna’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are truly exceptional and a key reason why this hotel will now be our go-to choice.||

Overall have a wonderful stay, I will say the AC unit wasn't the best and I don't believe it was working properly. However the man at the front desk, Levi was his name I think? He had me moved to another room with a proper working unit. Simple Fix! He was very friendly and professional, gave me no attitude at all. Was very considerate and understanding. Very hard to find! Almost feels like people these days don't wanna do the smallest thing to help. It was nice having someone so friendly and professional for once.

Came in today at 10am 01/14/2025 after a long drive, sat down to have a coffee and grab some food to decide whether my boyfriend and I were gonna stay here or keep driving. Mind you, I have stayed here multiple times and am a Hilton Group member. I can’t even begin to explain how horribly rude the receptionist was, how she spoke to us, looked at us and the attitude she had and told us to get out if we not staying at this hotel even after we explained that we were deciding to stay. I stayed here literally 2 days ago for La wildfires evacuation and I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, and never in my life have I been treated this way, this is not a good representative of this hotel. Disgusting quite frankly. I can definitely say, you lost a potential customer, a loyal customer and I will NEVER stay here again.
