Excellent staff. Very caring and super helpful all the time. In particular, Kristin, Adelina, and Bridget are always wonderful to talk to, and solve any problems we residents encounter. The amenities such as free coffee, 24/7 gym, and swimming pool and jacuzzi make this one of the best apartment complexes to live at.

Facilities are well-maintained. Gym is great, pool and hot tub are very clean. The staff are excellent and respond to questions right away. We had great neighbors. Spacious apartment- it was great to have a big kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. A lot of friendly people with dogs. It’s right next to a big park where a lot of dogs run around. The two big grills are great for when friends come over. Prices are on the high end- I had to move because of the cost but hope I can afford to return one day.

Bridget is very friendly and nice, very patiently answering all my questions and took me around the whole community & available units. This is a very nice community, quiet and have many good amenities.

Interesting that I received the reply from Domus here within 15 hours (I originally posted a one star rating without comment, and they replied after 14 hours). I rarely received replies from the management team when I emailed them. Every time I called or emailed them, I would expect to be ghosted. This time is really hard for me to stay silent, when the hot water is down and I have no way to take a shower except going to friend’s place. It has been ongoing for three days already, with no ETA and no solution for us to deal with this except asking us to wait. I don’t know whether I should book a hotel and for how long and whether I would get reimbursed. I don’t want to drive 20 min one way to friend’s place asking for a shower every day without knowing when this will stop. This is very ridiculous, and I have never ever been this frustrated with an apartment management team. I guess I was quite spoiled by good or mediocre management teams in the past 10 years. This is even more ridiculous with a supposedly high end apartment.

RUDEST LEASING OFFICE MANAGEMENT STAFF EVER.
The apartments are nice and the community is cute, but the leasing office staff Crystal (Manger) and Bridget are the worst, they are only nice when you are leasing, but once you are living there they do not accommodate and support easily to tenants when you visit them in the office.
I had to go to their office for an urgent help to print some docs for me, and I specifically told them this is super urgent and I need it now. They both were super rude and asked me to come back later that day, despite the fact that I stated to them that it is supper critical.

The garage gates have been broken for over a month, and I brought it up to them all they say is that the company is working on fixing the gates, but nothing happens.
Sean was super nice and much more helpful than both of Bridget and Crystal combined.

Loved living here! The facilities - gym, pool and outdoor areas are well maintained. If you need maintenance, they will take care of it very quickly. There is an outdoor grill area and clubhouse you can use for hosting friends. Right next to a dog park, grocery stores and pharmacy.

Also, the elevators are big and make moving in easy! Highlighting this because I had to carry a couch up three flights of stairs at another apartment building.

Very friendly staff at the leasing office - shout-out to Kristel, Bridget, Carlos and Anthony. Lots of dogs in the community and friendly neighbors. Had to move because we needed a bigger space but otherwise will really miss living here.

Had an emergency Sunday night at 7pm when my apartment front door wan not opening with fab after getting home from a long trip. Called their maintenance emergency number three times and left voice mails to call me back. They got back t me Monday morning at 9am.
Had to call a locksmith to come out and fix the issue.
Hope no one ever has any emergencies in this place.

Adelina was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of the room tour as well as the application. Thanks to her, I have found my dream apartment and I am looking forward to join the community soon!
