I'm staying here and I can confirm the bad comments, ( like the rudeness of many people, the hour waiting for someone changed your diaper) the nurses and CNA aren't good and most are very rude, but also two of them are really nice and quick ant two bad I can't said just two , the food well is nothing wrong is hospital food what we can expect, but I just wish with all my heart that the rooms can look like that, I a smaller room that is divided by a curtain so share with other people so you just got for your self no more than a two meters wide room.
Wish I can go to a better place ? YES
Medical can find me a new place? I don't think so.
I guess I have to resist until I can walk again and deal with everything ?

In a time of difficulty, the staff at Diablo Post Acute have overall been kind and helpful and good to my mom. RJ has been exceptional at helping me navigate so many questions and challenges with her care and I’m so thankful for all that he has done. Thank you RJ!

It has been confirmed by R.J. Navarro, an employee of this facility, that a resident of this facility was physically assaulted by another resident so severely that the victim had to be taken to the hospital earlier this month (January 2025). Mr. Navarro confirmed that the man who committed the attack remains in the facility, free to attack other residents. The facility also allows staff members to steal residents' property, and refuses to restore or replace the stolen property, per Rochelle Gonzalez-Crabtree, another employee of the facility.

I just want to give a huge shout out to RJ Navarro. He was my sisters Social worker during her extended stay at Diablo Valley Post Acute. If i needed help he was there, when my sister needed a wheelchair he got her one. If i needed help with paperwork he helped me with it. He was always available, I truly appreciated his help. Even after my sisters discharge i had some questions and he quickly responded back to me. Thank you so much RJ for being there for my sister and I every step of the way. You definitely deserve 5 Stars!

My mother has been in this facility for over a year now, she was only supposed to be there to get rehabilitation for her legs after surgery, they stopped rehab after a few days which didn’t help her to walk again she is now in a wheelchair , some staff are very nice but administration is terrible they are rude and not very well spoken , the food is nothing but slop I have to constantly bring my mother and her friends food to eat, the cost for this place is absolutely ridiculous considering the state of the facility. I’ve been searching for other facilities that will actually give my mother the care she needs (she has caught Covid 3 times since being there) something needs to be done about this place (the hospital sent her there and told me I couldn’t bring her home until she walked again but stopped physical therapy) I need to find a better affordable facility closer to home ASAP! I don’t know who’s giving this place 5 stars this is not a five star facility at best I’ll give it a 1.5

This place is disgusting. The images on their website is nothing to what it looks like in person. Everything is old, dirty. Smells as soon as you past the lobby. Pick another place for your love if possible unfortunately I did not have too many options with my Dads insurance. Trying to get him out of here as soon as possible.

Definitely recommending Diablo Post Acute with friends and family! The place and the patients room are really nice and spacious. Patients have their own tv. The cleanliness is fantastic! Customer service is great! Call light is being answered timely. Patients are taking care good, they are happy and feel loved. ❤️ They provides good activities. They also have a good therapy room very spacious and they have all of the equipments needed for therapy. Their PT/OT/ST are really great! One of my friend went there and she recover great like nothing happened. She regained her strength and mobility! Definitely five star!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
