Great place and great staff! I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!
Only two things of note:
1) Some spots are better than others if you have 2 vehicles. If you have 2 cars, I’d recommend talking to the front desk and see if they can help!
2) I assume the underground water lines are not very deep because the tap water is pretty warm (even at night) in the summer. Actually ended up pretty nice because I didn’t have to turn on the water heater until the end of September. I just used the water in the water heater as my cold water.
I wouldn’t recommend drinking your tap water in Arizona. Not because the water is bad, but because the sun is pretty brutal on plastic hoses. I would get that plastic smell in the water when the sun was up. I saw some people using pool noodles to cover their hoses.

Only overnighted, but park is clean, as quiet as can be expected with freeway proximity. Staff was friendly, helpful. check in was a breeze. Site was an easy to access pull through with full hookups. LOL, the one star reviews should have to cross into CA and stay in the OTHER park I overnighted in. This would look like paradise after that.

We were coming up to the Phoenix area to visit with family and found this RV Resort not far from Sun City. Other than the awful Phoenix traffic, it was very easy to get to. We had made reservations in advance so Check-in was a breeze. They came out to greet us and we didn’t even need to get out of our rig. Pull-thru Sites are long enough to accommodate our 36’ rig & our tow vehicle. All the roads are asphalt, as well as LEVEL asphalt sites. There are concrete pads for the patios and more than enough space between sites. WiFi is excellent and basic is free. The park is extremely clean and the residents are quiet. The most noise you’ll get is from it being relatively close to Luke AFB, so you’ll get the occasional fighter jet flying overhead. They stop at night, so we had no problem getting to sleep. We’ll stay again on our next visit to Phoenix.

Beautiful little park just off of the 10. We were fortunate to park next to a tree with a dove’s nest. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I also liked the barrier/security gate. It felt safe and cozy.

Spring 2024: Our three-night stay in a pull-thru site provided ample space for our slideouts on both sides, with generous length. The property is impeccably maintained, adorned with lush greenery and numerous trees that evoke a tropical atmosphere.

As a gated community, the park boasts well-kept park models, maintained a quiet atmosphere. Although we didn't utilize the pool, its cleanliness was evident at a glance. The gym proved to be a standout amenity, featuring a wide array of weight-lifting equipment and cardio machines. Adjacent to it, a pool table provided additional recreation options.

The office staff left a lasting impression with their helpful, efficient, and friendly demeanor. While the park falls into a higher price bracket and is usually full during the winter months, it's well worth the investment. The proximity to Luke Air Force Base means occasional jet noise during the day, but it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. Despite mediocre AT&T cell reception, we were still able to stream content on our Roku device. Overall, we highly recommend this park for its exceptional amenities and inviting atmosphere. Sites are large and spacious, the resort is beautiful. But best of all the service is excellent and they really go out of their way to try to help the traveler. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place is so nosey sounds like your in a damn airport parking lot. Planes taking off one after another. Lots full timers making noise starting at 4 AM heading to work. Spots are tight in width and length as well.. if you want a quiet place this is NOT IT. pool was nice travelers were friendly. Water pressure sucks
