We are new to town and needed a place to stay while closing on our new home. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. If you are in the area and looking for a motel that is clean quiet and priced right I highly recommend Denmill Ceder Lodge. The owners are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family.

I stay here for the location, but it is clean and just what I need. The new owners are earnest and very friendly. They are improving the rooms and they are clean. There is a friendly cat patrolling the lot.

Nick ,the owner couldn't be more accommodating!! Super welcoming atmosphere!
He and his wife are fairly new owners and are committed to bringing good things to their community. The rooms were clean and more than adequate for a nights sleep. They are still in the process of renovating I can see even better things ahead.
We even received vouchers for a meal at "Momma's Kitchen " food truck located across the parking lot, which we took advantage of. We had biscuits and gravy and it was plenty enough to fill us up and start the day. Both items were homemade fresh by the owners of the food truck.
The price for our stay was a tremendous value. We'd stay there again and again.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Denmill Cedar Lodge while visiting the beautiful area around Melbourne, Arkansas. Upon arrival, we met the owner, Nick Miller, who greeted us in his newly renovated lodge. We must say he went out of his way to make our stay the best it could possibly be. It’s apparent he knows the area well and cares about his community and guests alike. Our room was clean, cozy, warm and the bed was wonderful. The next time we’re in that area we will definitely stay at his lodge.

This is actually a positive review. My room was simple, clean, with no frills. I.was in Melbourne for.4 nights for business. The room suited my needs for a value price. The property, at least some of it that I saw, has been upgraded. The owner is a contractor. My bathroom was renovated, the room had a Roku TV, a frig, and a microwave. Wi-Fi is included. The owner went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
