Llevo viviendo en esta propiedad ya un tiempo y junto a mi familia estamos muy contentos aquí, ya que los apartamentos son bonitos y tanto las unidades como la piscina y los parqueaderos mantienen limpios. Por otro lado el personal que trabaja ahí es muy eficiente y responden a tiempo a las necesidades, también hay que decir que el trato que ofrece Raúl, Jesús, Erika y Mónica es muy cordial, amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar.

Sin lugar a dudas hay que destacar el trabajo de la manager Mónica ya que es una persona muy competente con su trabajo, además que es muy amable, cordial y lo mejor de todo que puedes hablar en tú idioma con tranquilidad y está muy atenta a responder a tus inquietudes. Por otro lado su equipo de trabajo Raúl Érica y Jesús son muy serviciales amables y ayudan a que la propiedad esté siempre en las mejores condiciones para sus residentes. 🎉🎉

Totalmente recomendado, la manager Monica es una persona muy eficiente y profesional en su trabajo. el mantenimiento y el estado de los apartamentos es excelente también la velocidad de respuesta en casos de emergencia son muy eficientes..

If I could give this place zero stars I honestly would. The building is old and not worth the rent you pay every month , they don’t update anything. If you are upstairs like I was be prepared to have angry downstairs neighbors because the floors are so thin. At 2am or whatever time of night there’s homeless people walking around talking to themselves at night and the AC in the summer goes out and they don’t care it took months for them to fix it. They didn’t make no accommodations or anything. I’ve had MANY bad encounters here so let me tell you my first one my neighbor downstairs would LITERALLY bang on the walls and ceiling if I did something as simple as walk from my bedroom the bathroom and he’s went outside his apartment yelling screaming at me and my kids cussing at us. He double parks his car that is NOT assigned to him so his wife can park there after work when there’s other places they can park as well it’s just greed. I’ve took these concerns to management and nothing was done for his violence

I have been living in these a apartments a long time now and i am very sad that Monica is gone. Erika is awesome but the new Manager Amanda is so rude and aggressive. She has no customer service skills. Likes to argue with you, talk over and is not empathetic. She really needs to go to customer service training to know how to talk to the tenants.

Update: I posted my original review when I was in my first year of living at these apartments. Since my review, the manager has changed. She is rude, unfriendly, unapproachable, and was one of the MAIN reasons I couldn’t wait to move out. Erika and Raul are still the best though!

From the management to the maintenance to the amenities to the security, Del Flora Apartments have been nothing short of amazing. I am so appreciative of Monica, Erika, and Raul. They work SO HARD to make living here the best experience. Any time there has been a problem, and that has been very few, they were on it. I truly enjoy living here.

Finally moved in and settled so I figured it was a good time to leave a review. Honestly this has been the best experience I've had in all my interactions with leasing offices. We were in the middle of a dispute with another office over delayed move-in times, false promises, and lack of communication but my wife and I needed to find a home asap as I will be starting my new employment soon. We liked the pictures we saw on Del Flora gallery and applied on a whim, hoping we'll be approved quick. Let me say, Ericka an and the manager Monica were extremely nice, responsive and on top of everything. I received phone calls just to update me that I had a new email from them in my inbox that needed attention. That was a new experience for me! Within a week, we were approved and moved-in! . The community has been extremely friendly. Everyone was welcoming. the staff continues to be responsive and help us with any needs as soon as she can. Our apartment is newly renovated and provides a lot of space. Keep up the great work Del Flora family !!!

Lovely apartments.. Am going through the process currently and had trouble with the online application. We went to Erika for assistance and she assisted us. She was super busy as she has a lot on her plate but she put that aside and had a genuine interest is providing us her time and expertise. Of course we were able to complete the app and are now waiting on the word. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows her job well. Wish there were more people in our world who provided service like this!
