Was a little seedy based on the location, but it was just off the freeway and a slight detour from our travel route , but very convenient and clean rooms inside. Felt warm with the heater set in our room to accommodate. It was good that they allowed our pet dog to stay with us for a small extra fee

Stayed last night. To start, the desk clerk seemed to pull a number out of her butt on what to charge extra for our 2 small dogs.
The bed was horrible, we felt like we were laying on a table top. The "quilt" was no more than a sheet (it's January)
The towels are stained, AND, the in room coffee machine still had a used pod in it from a previous guest.
A miserable experience and we will be avoiding Wyndham owned hotels for the rest of our trip West. Do not recommend

We arrived really late and had no trouble checking in. The room was really clean AND they have a little free breakfast bar which was very nice on our early morning out! If we pass back through here again I’ll definitely be staying here!

Perfect pillows, comfy mattress, hot water, very clean, quiet, easy check-in and check-out and accommodated our 2 cats. Breakfast is simple, but filling. Safe neighborhood. Lots of food choices close to hotel. Coffee, small fridge and microwave in room. We stay here every time we drive through Arkansas and highly recommend!

Up-to-date room. There are plenty of outlets, firm beds, okay 3 pillows, a clean facility, efficient check-ins, modern decoration and room—a pleasant efficient stay. Plan to return. Breakfast \ is the only hitch: limited selection and lack of service juice machine.

So we made a reservation on the Windham website and it told us that we could pay $20 for late checkout at 1:00 p.m.. Upon arrival they did not have my online reservation completed so I had to do the check in all over again, show them my ID and authorize my card again. When I requested a late check out they only charged $10 vs the $20 the website said it was. The next morning they started calling me at about noon asking me if I was trying to rent the room for another night or if I was checking out. I let them know that I was not going to need another night. A few minutes later they call the room again, to inform me that checkout was noon. By this point it was about 12:30ish. I let them know that I didn't realize that check out was noon because the website said it was 1:00. She said it was fine that I could stay but they would charge me another $10. $20 was what I expected to pay already anyway so it was not a big deal. I went to the front desk to go pay the extra money and they inform me that they don't have 1:00 checkouts only noon. I showed him where the website said check out at 1:00. Long story short he did not charge me to stay that extra hour but was really irritated that the website offered a 1:00 p.m. check out when he wanted you checked out at noon. All of this would not have been as big of a deal if they would have told me when I checked in that night that check out was at noon. But upon check in, they never did tell me a check out time after I paid for late checkout. They were really understanding with me about it, as I was with them, but it was definitely falsely advertised through the website and they could have done better to make it clear to the customers. All in all though I would definitely stay there again.

Only issue here is that the mattress was hard for me. Wife had no issue. The rest was great. Clean and quiet. A bit difficult to get there... however, will stay again.
