The gal at the front desk, Daisy was a major delight. She was very kind and welcoming. She made me feel more comfortable than any other hotel staff has ever made me or my family feel. This hotel has a great asset her with this young lady. Hope to see her advance and prosper with this chain. You are very fortunate to have her in your employ. Thank you Daisy for all you done.

Via booking.com gereserveerd, vooruit betaald. Bij aankomst bleek dat we om 6 uur in de ochtend weg moesten met onze auto vanwege bestraten parkeerplaats motel. Waarom is daar geen communicatie vooraf over, hadden we elders overnacht. En, kamers hebben geen bedlampjes, alleen groot licht aan plafond.

Don’t come here!! If you don’t wanna be robbed.
I came in with $600 and left with $80 to my name!
I came in and the 2 Indians in the front were shady and didn’t speak English when I came in they charged my card for the stay then tried to charge my card everyday for an extra $218 when I only asked to extend one day if rooms are $75 here why is this happening? they made a clam on my card while I was still checked in and said I had ruined the room when the room was spotless no house keeping or anyone even came in and they said it was a system error they tried to play me like I was dumb and when I come in to pay for another day which is $75 they tired to charge my card for $380 for “money I owe” I told him I don’t have that & he proceeded to ask how much I have left on my card and asked to see my bank account so he can try to charge it and pocket the cash that’s when I told them I would be checking out even after check out they still kept trying to charge my card for $200 for no reason and lied like it was a system error! You will
Notice there’s only a few rooms occupied this is the reason why! They like to be shady and steal do not go here!

Feel like I was being watched the whole time the hotel is sketchy and uncomfortable beds uncomfortable ac didn’t work and homeless walking around sleeping in stairs asking for cash apps
Will never come back and don’t come here they will try to rob you!

Kept trying to charge me! And claiming it was a system error checkout is at 11 really just trying to scam anyone that comes and pocket the cash the night workers don’t speak English!

It is a failry large hotel when we arived there was only 8 cars total in the parking lot. We should have drove away then. The reservation I made was not right when we got there. We needed 2 beds and a cot. No cot. Real problem. WHen I asked for some blankets and pillow to make a bed on the floor they said they only have pillows, really. Our room was right outside of the pool which was being worked on all night. They could have moved us. The air conditioner ran all night and only brought the room temperature down to thee 80's. Breakfast was on pot of coffee and the honey and oats dry granola bars. There was 6 and there was three of us in the room. The hotel was in poor repair. Windom was good about moving us to a better hotel near by which was fine and they reimbursed us for the two other days that I prepaid. So this hotel not good. Windom working to improve the situation was good.

oohhh my god its 1:30am and i cant go to sleep because there are tons of roaches. I have seen 3 large ones on the bed. Oh my god i cant deal with this, im so scard they are going to get on me. My dog wont even sleep.

This the second time that I booked this hotel in my way back to home. Unfortunately this time the room didn’t have fridge although it was mentioned in the booking and one of the comforters had stain on it. The staff was great and friendly as before

Who works night shift here !!!
The door is always locked & no one is ever in the office ! The guy that works here is never inside the office ! I woke up at 6am to get coffee before leaving to work both early morning no one was in the office. Not good !!!

We arrived in town early for a funeral and tried to check in but early check in had not started yet. Jordyn helped and was very nice when I explained we would be at the funeral when early check in began and we were worried we wouldn’t get a room. We took the chance and returned after the services and to our surprise Jordyn had held a room for us. We were thrilled and extremely appreciative. She made a hard trip just a bit easier for this couple and we couldn’t be more grateful.
