I’ve been a resident here now 3 plus years. It was me and my husband then he passed away 6 months later. I lived alone until November when my fiancé moved in with me. Our community is clean and up to date on the maintenance. Office staff Shantel and Linda are very knowledgeable about the program. Our new chief maintenance man Chris just completed our work order fixing our door lock and our door bell. Quick response to our work order on the same day he got the order. Shantel is our new manager, been here about 6 months or so. She has really been an absolute pleasure having her as our manager. She has provided our community with monthly social events. Much needed for seniors. She has been so helpful to our residents listening to what we would like to have for our social events and is the reason we have them monthly now. Shantel and Linda always have a smile and a wave as we walk by. As busy as they are they take the time to greet us. I highly recommend to any senior looking for a clean and well kept apartment to apply here. Tell Shantel and Linda that Cynthia Huizar and Mike McClure highly recommend Day Creek Senior Villas.

I want to thank Patrick our maintenance employee who has done a great job of keeping our 3rd floor very clean and our walls and doors painted I appreciate his quality work and makes our place look very clean and looking nice. I also want to thank Pedro our resident maintenance employee who also does a great job. They are special they work hard to keep our place looking nice and clean. I'm tenant on the 3rd floor unit #329.

Love living here. Jackie and Lynda are so nice and respectful. They are always ready to greet you with a smile and willing to help in any way they can and their door is always open. Pedro and his maintenance crew are the best. Whether it’s fixing a problem or picking up trash outside they keep this place always looking clean and beautiful. And Pedro is always willing to do whatever he can to make the tenants feel safe and comfortable living here.

Day Creek Villas are “The Best!
They are not just beautiful with tons of amenities and energy saving utilities but thanks to the wonderful staff, everything runs smoothly. Yessinia & Jessica are always ready to listen & take care of things immediately and are always helpful & very friendly. Pedro, head of maintenance makes sure everything is pristine & running smoothly.

Day creek is a complex I’m glad to call home the staff is so helpful and kind, they take time to talk to you. Pedro the maintenance person is so friendly and is always doing something which shows he cares about the property. My dog pretty girl loves the idea there’s a dog park for her. The location is great shopping center right next door and walking trail behind us. Lastly my neighbors and beyond are so nice I feel safe here

Yessenia Kennedy is a wonderful Community Manager. Her assistant Jessica Taillon also does a wonderful job. Their level of helpfulness and more important caring is great. Plus there's Nyccolet Testero doing a great job. I also want to mention Pedro our maintenance man. Any problem we might have he fixes it fast. He's awesome! These three ladies plus Pedro combine to make a successful team. I love it here! I hope to spend the rest of my days here. That decision is made easy knowing I'm in really good hands. Thank You!

Day Creek Senior Villas is a beautiful senior apartment complex in a great area. The staff including Yessenia, Jessica, Niolette and Pedro are amazing. They are so helpful, professional, kind and caring. I am very happy living here and would highly recommend Day Creek Senior Villas.
