This is location is literally the best CubeSmart location ever. Property is always clean and well maintained. The GM Tiffany is absolutely the sweetest thing ever. Very helpful, kind, and present. Always see her on the property cleaning up and maintaining it. She is always around to answer any questions I may have. It’s a great location because of her, she makes it great and wonderful.

I have had the amazing opportunity to meet & have gotten to know Ms. Tiffany. I’ve been with this same location for the last 10 yrs. She is so kind & professional & helpful. I absolutely love her. Hard to provide a rating for a self storage place I visited once, yesterday. No one in the office, so it was really self service. Got an email and followed the directions. A lock was left in the empty locker and I dropped my stuff off and locked up. For people who never want to deal with another human, this place would probably get a 5 rating.

What can I even say about Tiffany… She is an absolute godsend when it came to moving my dad’s things after he passed. We needed time to get his affairs in order and Tiffany made the process extremely easy. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Tiffany!

Needed a new location to store my open car trailer near my house.
I searched online and found 6-8 options nearby … and Cube Smart was the least expensive option, so I signed up online Sunday evening
When I went to park the trailer on Monday and the office was closed… but they gave me my space number and gate code over the phone so I was able to drop it off even though they were Closed on Monday. I’m very happy with their convenient location, prices, and customer service..😁

The manager doesn't return phone calls or cleaning deposits. They do shady business at this location and probably explains why they wanted a "cash" deposit . If you're looking for a company that does right by the customer and doesn't steal from them, then this ain't the one.
