Bad management (really bad!! Asked them to fix some stuff for the apartment and never got fixed), thin walls, bad neighbors, loud, no security (but they say there is) lied about the deposit price to be taken from me and my roommate, if there was an option for zero stars I would place it. I wouldn’t recommend living here even if you thought it’s safe because it’s not at all! Not college student friendly because you’d fail some classes because of your neighbors blasting music all day and night long with no respect to others. The only respectable form of management was the young lady at the front desk, who took the time to correct the improper charges while the management took ages to respond on minuscule things. Upper management is laughable, sad to have spent my money in here.

The walls here are super thin! You can hear EVERYTHING, even the neighbors heating up food in the microwave literally. Management is horrible. I had a package stolen by my neighbor and the landlord said “ok” after I was told specifically to contact her by the front desk. Some of the worst apartments ever.

It sucks, management are thieves and not trustworthy. They rub our insurance security deposit. And we gave the flat clean without any single damages. There was a lot of noisy atmosphere around, despite we complain, they did not do anything.
