Excellent newly renovated property. I loved the comfortable beds especially and the big TV in the room. Beautiful Courtyard in the back, which is perfect for relaxing. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. Great Bistro breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rotisha, our server, was awesome and very helpful. If I’m ever back in the area - this is where I’ll be staying.

Do NOT stay here! This hotel is terrible. The customer service is unacceptable. We made a reservation 10 months in advance. The hotel incorrectly canceled our reservation on a football weekend - leaving us stranded and having to pay WAY more for a below average hotel elsewhere. This hotel management and staff are not helpful and do not care about customers. The only recourse they gave me was to pay for the new WAY more expensive rate - which we refused to do given the MULTIPLE calls and extremely poor service we received from this hotel. We stayed elsewhere, but had to scramble and pay more. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Positive: Clean Negative: Check in was horrid. The clerk was young and inexperienced. I had already paid reservation. She charged me again upon check in. She said she would take it off but never did.

I made a reservation for our church group and immediately realized I made a mistake. I called to cancel. The manager, Cory, wasn’t willing to let us cancel without charging us the full price. It had only been 4 minutes so they wouldn’t have been out anything. That’s not how you treat customers. We all make mistakes. If it had been longer, I could understand, but 4 minutes? With that kind of attitude, I’d be careful when deciding to stay at this property.
