El hotel a aunque es algo sencillo, el servicio estuvo en el promedio. Creo que pudo ser un poco más rápido pero estaba dentro de lo esperado. La ubicación es algo lejana del downtown de San José pero el precio está bien. La comida no tiene el mejor sabor pero es aceptable.

Note que este hotel estaba más preocupado en recibir que en dar. A pesar de que es "bonito" el hotel no me gustó mucho.
El servicio es lo único que vale la pena.

Nuevo recién abierto pero con los elevadores colocados al final del pasillo solicitar habitaciones cercanas a los mismos o caminar 100 metros para llegar a su cuarto

Nice new hotel. I like the bathroom layout. Convenient lights by tje comfortable bed. Not so loud AC/heating.
Large jacuzzi which was hot to relax in. They have a guest laundry, bistro.
-1 star for the &15 parking charge which was not mentioned when I booked.
Hotel was well priced however - $20 less than comparable and older Hilton hotels nearby.
I would stay here again

This is so far my WORST experience at any Marriott hotel, both domestic and international. We were hoping to do laundry but were told the dryer was not working and there is no certain time when it can be fixed. We ran out of some things in the room (towels, toilet paper, etc) so before we left the hotel in the morning I double checked with front desk to make sure we would have housekeeping service. By the time we came back 7pm, everything was still the way it was 12 hours ago. No service provided. My mom was a coffee drinker and noticed we don't have a coffee machine in the room. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told that coffee machines in some rooms are broken and they don't have any extra. However this is not a full booked night so I would imagine there must be SOMEthing they can do instead of just telling the guest to get used to this situation. This is no longer the problem of any particular service person, but the entire hotel seems very poorly managed. Lower price comparing to other Marriott properties in the area may partially justify but definitely not all of this. This whole thing is ridiculous and I would not want to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The front desk when checking in was very nice. Had to change rooms as the 1st room was way too small and had a very bad smell. Went to the second room, and it was better. But unfortunately, the hotel is very dated looking, rugs are old with stains all over the place and it did not feel clean. This place needs to take notice as their are other nice hotels around. Then, when checking out, I was overcharged, and the lady had no common sense to correct the mistake. She just walked off. She was more concerned with restocking the water and soda area. Poor customer service and very rude. Unfortunately, I won't go back. Disappointing for being a Marriott Hotel.
