Needed a little staycation with my parents since they wanted to go to Graton for the evening. There were a few Marriott options but I really wanted to try this Courtyard.
First, the location is very accessible. Although there were transient guests on the Main Street, they did not bother us or moved close to the hotel. It is easily accessible to US-101 and of course, an In-N-Out. Upon check-in, we let the hotel know that we were running late and would requested a late check-in time. When we arrived, the hotel was pretty quiet. Check in was quick and easy. I headed upstairs to the room and was very impressed with how clean it was.
I reached out to the front desk to see if there were any complimentary water bottles for us and the front desk said that we just had to pick them up in the front. We were able to get 3 bottles. The stay overall stay was good. The only complaint was the sofa bed. We opened it up hoping to use it but there were no extra sheets in the closet or on the couch. Nonetheless, a good spot for a staycation.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The location isn't the greatest but it's good enough. Its a block from a homeless shelter so there are a lot of people milling around down the street but none at the hotel.

Overpriced everything. The food was just sad. Don’t do dinner here because you’re tired and it’s convenient - you can order Ubereats from the speak easy restaurant and spend the same amount of money for much better food.

$14 dollars for a “full” Cesar salad. It literally is just lettuce and some kind of white shredded cheese. Added the ketchup packet for size comparison. A travesty and embarrassment for Marriott. The burger, wings, and salad were $55. Don’t do it. Water bottles are $7-8.

Dirty bathroom fans are a fire hazard.

Positive: It's relatively new. Negative: Streaming was not working on the TV, which caused consternation as I was traveling with children. The parking lot had trash which was not picked up the entire 3-day stay. Shower pressure was lacking.

Hotel itself was very nice. Fresh cookies, a cute bar area, comfy beds, very nice staff. But the location… it’s awkward and you have to pass through a weird area to get to the actual hotel.
