They have been great with my large dogs in both boarding and grooming. My dogs love it there! They can't wait to get out of my vehicle and go in.
They get my extra thanks when accepting my dogs to board at a moments notice during my emergency hospitalizations. They have been there for my dogs and myself. I highly recommend this business.

Taken my dogs here a few times. No problems until 1 of my dogs came home with both eyes bloodshot red. Requested for richard to see eyes but got no availability from him. So my husband took our dog to there and showed them the proof of the eyes being blood red. The lady there which is richards sister said with an attitude "what do you think? We are a veterinarian hospital. So we can't tell anything". Husband said to her you should know why because you bathed my dog just hours ago. That lady said well i dont kbow what to tell you and walked to the back room of the groomer leaving my husband there standing. Guess he had drs appts everyday for a week. What i was told everyday. Didnt wait so i took my dog to the vet. Vet told us our dog had a really bad infections in both eyes. Now 1 of our babys eyes is clouded and blind. Vet told us this groomer does not sanitize his grooming tools. Nor uses clean grooming equipment after other uses on other pets. This vet has had other dogs with similar infection from this groomer. Sad i could not get any reply/call or sincerity from Richard as i knew him since i was a child. I babysitted his horses as a teenager.
Forgot to mention before this incident i recently lost 1 of my dogs from age. This dog would panic everytime we would bath and worse with a brushing. To me he was probably torture during the grooming service. For 14 yrs my dog would love grooming. So sorry babies, I should of paid more attention to the signs. Now i have a baby with 1 eye blind. Please pay attention where you take your babies to get groomed. Read every review. I trusted this place as i knew them growing up. I thought wrong.
The. lady that works there has a really bad attitude that hangs up on you. She would always say i know who you are when i would leave a message for Richard. For this problem with the eye infection she would never let me finish talking on the phone bwfore hanging up on me. Also years before to just to get a hold of Richard to see if he is available to groom my babies. Inwould never had done this kind of review since ive know Richard all my life. But my little sweetheart is blind now.

Country Place is the ONLY place that I trust enough to leave my dogs when I am unable to be there for them. As a licensed pet sitter myself, this is no small admission. I have been involved in Boston Terrier, Basset Hound and Boxer rescue for many years and seen many boarding facilities in my time and none of them have even come close to offering the level of service, care and expertise that my animals receive at Country Place. When I arrive at the kennel to drop of my furkids, they jump out of the car and charge to the door to greet everyone. They are always so happy to be there that they completely forget that I even exist. The kennels are indoor/outdoor and the dogs are given lots of playtime in the yard. Ramona, the kennel manager, has an intuition and a way with dogs that is unlike any I have ever seen. She cares for these dogs as if they were her own. All of the staff at Country place are incredible, accommodating and amazing and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality boarding facility for their pet where their pet will be treated with love and kindness. I have friends who drive from Long each to Riverside to board their dogs at Country Place. Give them a call and a visit. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. This place is a doggie paradise!

We have used this place for years and have never had a problem. My dogs love it here and get so excited when we turn into their driveway. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and they do a great grooming job too.

We board our dog here and get him groomed several times a year. They take great care of him and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care. Ramona and Richard are the best!

I brought my long-haired cat in to be shaveved. I have used this groomer many times before. I didn't notice until after I got home that my cat had a very large & deep cut on her lower abdomen where the leg attaches. This was Friday of Memorial weekend. I called the groomer to let them know of the injury, an older lady hung up on me after saying she would pass the message along, but she didn't take my name or number. I tried calling back but the phone was not answered so I left a message on the machine. I am seriously concerned about my cat's injury. What did she go through while in their care? They don't seem concerned at all. I wish I could post a picture of the cut. It's beginning to smell bad so we will probably end up at the vet.

We absolutely LOVE this place! I visited every kennel in Riverside and Corona looking for a place where I would be comfortable leaving my dogs for a night. This place was the only one where I felt they would be comfortable, loved, and cared for as if they were at home. The staff is amazing! When you need a doggie hotel, this is the place to go!
