Okay , so the white guy on nighttime receptionist is a prude . He was very rude to me then on top of that he kept telling me it’s a 50 deposit which when my husband called over the phone before we made it . He said it wasn’t a deposit but upon arrival he said it was $50 fee when I mentioned about the phone call he lied said he haven’t talked to anyone all night . Then proceeded to put me and my family in a room that smells like nothing but cigarette smoke . He seemed agitated cause I wanted to change rooms . If I don’t smoke why would I want a room that smells like it . He put us in there to set us up to not get a deposit back . The fact that we were black he treated us not so nice . The white couple before us he treated them so nice and with total respect . I will let all my fellow black peoples know that this hotel is not very welcoming with persons of color .

The hotel room was really clean. No sound issues mentioned in other reviews. The receptionist was really polite. Worth the money

Checkin clerk Connie was polite and quick.
Elevated made a little ruckus, but it worked.
Hallway and rooms smelled clean. No musty smells.
Room was a typical room. My wife felt like the carpet in the room could be updated, but I felt like it was fine. Bathroom was clean, everything stocked as expected.
Price of the room and getting breakfast for the hotel was also nice.
Breakfast the following morning was limited, but options were sufficient. They had a sausage, egg, and cheese burrito that needed 30 seconds to warm up (not used to hotels having those), and other usual items like eggs, toast, cereals, etc.

The hotel room was a COMPLETE MESS! Unknown stains ALL on the bed, I didn't even want to rest my head on the pillow it was that bad. The colors of the room makes me feel like I'm in some mental asylum, the bathroom was so terrible, I couldn't bring myself to shower. I don't know WHO cleaned my room but with the amount of stains everywhere I wouldn't be surprised if there were bed bugs all over the place.

Positive: It was very clean, as pictured online. Great location, quiet, easy to access. Negative: The bed wasn¿t comfortable & the day I went to check in noone was at the front desk. I grab drink from the concession & while I was doing so an employee comes from around the corner and call out ¿whose in there¿ in a very unprofessional way which bothered Negative: ""

Positive: The location was close to Walmart and other restaurants. Negative: The hotel room was not cleaned I killed two baby spiders in my bed and there was a smuashed roach on the wall by my bed. I was very concerned that the room may have bed bugs because of all the black specks on the sheets even after spraying it down.
