Lot was clean, quiet and friendly. Don’t expect to get a refund on your rent if you leave in the middle of the month. Paid a full months rent and left on the 12th. Only received partial payment back on my deposit. Make sure to leave at the end of the month so you get your full moneys worth.

As a owner of an RV park I know a nice park when I see one we was on vacation and came across this with our motorhome we pulled in was happy to see what was there and we ended up staying two weeks what a great park

I live here for the most part people mind their own sometimes they don't sometimes they don't and that's okay it is peaceful useful usually it's on the outskirts of safford

I'v Stayed on a lot of properties throughout Arizona and i must say this is by far one of the nicest. The amenities are first class park is groomed and managers are so polite and helping. If your looking for a wholesome safe community look no further.
