Positive: Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious rooms. Convenient location. Negative: The hotel is in serious need of upgrades. We didn't have the breakfast as most hotels don't serve quality food. Hotel is overpriced but there is not much in the area so they can be.

This place is very run down. Walls are yellow. The pool was not open although it was still 80 degrees outside. Nicole at the front was very nice. This place is very loud. The beds are rock hard, causing me to wake with back pain and a headache. And the room smells like the old dust on top of the ceiling fan.
