Mi hospedaje fue marzo-16-2024 3:30-4:00pm, desde que entramos al lobby muy amables, un trato excelente, nos hablaron en español, atención de primera, el hotel cuenta con desayuno continental muy rico por cierto, todo muy muy bien, muchas gracias por tan agradable experiencia.

Positive: In the Comfort Inn Comercial it shows great breakfast. There was no woop cream for the waffles, no bananas or fresh fruit. The staff needs to stock up. The lil fridge. Everything was empty. When I ask for ? they said we don't have any. No bagels. So sad. Negative: I only liked how pet friendly they are.

Not comfy if you like blackout shades! Bright light on the front with NO window covering, kept me awake. They have only shears in front of the windows. No coffee bar and cold eggs... Pass! The lady at the desk did give us a free water bottle, since they ran out of coffee. That was something, I guess.

The woman at the front counter was barely concealing her contempt for me, not sure what I did or said. Not only that but she "forgot" to magnetize my cards leaving a pretty bitter taste in my mouth upon arrival after a long car trip.

To be fair the rooms are fine, but the back of the hotel, which I have a direct view of, is pretty trashy and unkept, and looks pretty apocalyptic.

Seems pretty close to some conviences so that's nice I guess.

Very clean and the staff is amazing . Madison is the absolute best. She’s always so kind and welcoming when you walk in. She always has a smile on her face ready to help with anything you need. I’ve stayed here for weeks now and we stay because of her and the amazing staff.

I had a frustrating experience with Amber at the Comfort Inn in Lancaster, CA. When I inquired why my credit card wasn’t accepted—despite having used it without issues at another location—she was rude and dismissive. She never even attempted to run my card; it felt like she made a decision without any explanation. This experience felt discriminatory, and I left feeling disrespected. Customer service should be about support, but my interaction with Amber was far from that. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests. And I believe I’m not the only one with this experience with her
