honestamente me hospedé aquí por los precios bajos pero la habitación fue más de lo que esperaba y supero mis expectativas ya que era muy espaciosa y limpia, incluso más que algunos hoteles “caros” , la ubicación era excelente ya que estaba cerca del downtown, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí ?

I would have gladly given a 5 star rating. Because this was a clean and safe place for us. When we were in the worst town, ever Hot Springs Arkansas, but because of Deborah, the front desk lady and another lady named Lisa as well as the general manager Blake. And the cleaning staff that entered our room without permission. While we were gone for an entire day.
Lisa was very rude and unprofessional.
Told us not to slam the door when we went into our room.
We didn't slam it.. it shuts on its own. She had a bad attitude that was so unprofessional.
When I advised Deborah that the cleaning people went in our room while we were out for the day, she seemed unconcerned... I then asked for the manager to give me a call. She said she would tell him. But he never called or reached out to me.
I am missing some very expensive perfume that I believe the cleaning people took..
If Blake could have reached out to me and compensated me for my missing item, this would definitely be a 5 star.
The beds were comfy.
Breakfast was not good. If it's free, it's never good!
Deborah was condescending and just a very unpleasant person.

Not sure how this is a 2 star hotel. This place is perfect. We need to get them another star. I’ve been traveling on a two week road trip. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels the entire trip in a brand that starts with an H…this hotel has been the best one of the entire trip. The room was great, breakfast filling and the pool was awesome and heated. Thanks for ending our trip on a great note. We’ll be back.

I was here a week ago. The front desk was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Was told we don't belong there. Was also asked if we was staying another night by the house keeper we told her yes we are staying another night. She went about her day we then left for the day and when we came back we noticed our towels was gone we used in the morning and a few of our bags was went through and my mom's expensive perfume was taken. We then went to the front desk and stated to the front desk what we noticed. The manager Blake never got back with us. We never asked for our room to b cleaned. We was told by the front desk they would look at the cameras. And never got a call or talked to again. We was polite and nice and that shows in all the videos. I'll will b posting on social media the videos of what we went through and our interaction with the staff here. We never asked for compensation we simply asked why was someone in our room and obviously reported Deborah and Lisa from the front desk and clearly from other reviews. Yall have alot to work on there and new employees yall clearly need. Blake will be reported to the ones above him and I will send video because the lies your commenting on here are not accurate and don't add up to the recorded video of u and my mother's interaction. You was not stating we was a prob the 2 nights we stayed there but now ur in the comment section claiming my mother was the prob. Cameras and recordings don't lie. Do better!

Didnt matter what the air was set on, it would only run for a few minutes and then not come on. Temp says 71 and it feels like 80. The bed is not comfortable, very cheap old style inner spring mattress. I can actually feel the springs. Pillows feel like 5 dollar pillows from the dollar store. Do not use the hand lotion or conditioner unless you want to stink, bring your own. Ice machines on all floors are out of order. The swimming pool looks nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If it wasnt for the staff, I would have rated lower. I wont stay here again because I have not slept all night due to no blackout curtains, a sheer beige curtain that blocks out no light and we got even luckier to get a room that has a super bright outside light. So not only am I burning up, its looks like daylight in this room!!!!!! Who puts two panels of real curtains on the side of windows that dont cover the window and dont move, insane!!!! If you like lit up rooms that are hot, this is your place. If not, you'll be up all night, hot, blinded by the light and writing a review. If the rates were cheaper, I would have expected less. But the Hampton inn, and comfort inn are in the same price range and they have, air, curtains and great beds. Lessoned learned. Took picture of curtain to show how bright and the suns not up yet.

Never will come to this Comfort inn again. Upon checking to make sure pet friendly. The website WHICH WASN'T UP DATED. SAID PET FRIENDLY. After l checked in . My daughter who has the pet. Was going to check in. Was informed the hotel wasn't pet friendly. Only to service animals. I told her to refund my card. Because we were traveling together. At first was told it couldn't be refunded. It was indeed. Put back on my card. But yet to post. As to this date. I have a written letter. From them. Which had to ask for. To make sure my money is refunded. Told about their website. Plus the fact my daughter had stayed here before. With her same pet mind you. Now the rules change. Plus she was paying extra for the pet to stay. Then saw dog outside. Playing. That didn't look at all like a service dog.
