We had an issue with the TV. The staff replaced it the day the issue was discovered. The hot tub has been down "since the flood" (possibly months?) and we were told there is no estimated repair timetable for it. The rooms were clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the staff!

Please update the website about the hot tub to accurately advertise your available amenities. Thank you

This is a nice hotel. It is built well which really helps. I work in building supply and a lot of issues with these new hotels is that they are built VERY cheap. This one is not - Schluter Systems showers, Crane brand toilets, full vanities, etc...
The stay was very nice. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I will definitely stay here when I am in town again

Positive: Breakfast and breakfast staff Negative: 1. Hot tub was out of order 2. No coffee pot in room 3. Bathtub/shower wouldn?t drain (SUPER slow) 4. Tile floor in room hasn?t been cleaned in a while 5. Ice machine on our floor wasn?t working 6. Room wasn?t cleaned daily & only got towels once.

Big rooms with little furniture, very well maintained Inn Being an Inn you only find. 1 table 2 chairs and beds in the rooms. No tubs showers only. Great breakfast. Desk clerks lacking in the normal NWA friendliness. Very close the the Crystal Bridges Museum. Nice pool, hot tub out of order are whole 4 day stay

Staying at this location for 2 weeks for business, for the cost of staying here, it lacks greatly, not worth the cost.
Rooms are good size, internet box and remote don't communicate with each other, bed is rock hard and has caused the worst back pain, hot tub out of order, laundry room out of order, breakfast seriously lacked (I'm not one for watery eggs and microwaved sausage links) coffee is gross, ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor were not working, elevator is sketchy, has a urine smell. Housekeeping has yet to clean the shower, toilet, or sink in the 2 weeks of my stay, nor change the bed linens.
Front desk staff lacks greatly in friendliness. They seem to sit behind the corner on their phone.
The location is great, but I do not recommend staying at this location.
