I have lived here since six months after it was opened and have found it a very good experience. The atmosphere is splendid, the personnel are so friendly and helpful. The retirees that live here are all so nice. Needless to say, I love it here. I am paying over $1,000.00 more per month than when I arrived, in spite of the fact that I have since moved to a smaller room to save some money. This is very concerning in that my income has not increased. The new rules that have recently been bestowed upon us unfortunately has caused a lot of grumbling amongst us. For these reasons, I may have to consider other options. Time will tell.

Wow!! Thank you Queena for the wonderful, friendly tour around your facility. It was interesting to see all you have to offer for the $$price. The rooms, patio, and kitchen were well laid out. There are lots of activities to do here and a dog area. Thank you for The delicious chicken salad for lunch. Plus, the backup visit with Alice.

Even though I came for a visit and tour, I got so much more. Sandy showed us around and gave us the lowdown on ALL the fun happening here. It is quite impressive, the food was great and they had live music too! Best of all was the the individual care and kindness that we witnessed. Sandy knew all the residents by name and what they were up to. Truly a nice place to live; independent living is the way to go for my future.

This place made me realize that retirement is a great thing to look forward to! Sandy gave me a tour and I was very impressed by how happy all the residents were and the camaraderie between the staff and residents. I didn't imagine I would ever have as much fun as when I lived in a college dorm but that's what Clearwater reminds me of, except it's with seniors 🙂 I would trust Sandy and staff completely with helping me adjust to this next stage of life and make every morning an excitable one to wake up to!

My parents live here and are very happy. The people who work here are amazing (shout out to Genevieve, Patty, Sandy, and Britt!). The facilities are great and include a movie theater, a restaurant, a beauty salon, a nice gym, an art room, a little dog area, and a pub. The activities offered are eclectic and fun, too: cards, wine tastings, art classes, yoga, daily walks in the neighborhood, movies, and trips to places like gardens, museums, and restaurants.
The residents are super nice, too and there is a real sense of community.

Things that could be better:
1. The menu is supposed to change every three months, but they have had the same menu for the last six months and the food gets monotonous.
2. Also, only one door (the front door) opens automatically. For older people, many who have mobility issues, it is often difficult for them to get in and out of the doors.
3. Finally, when my folks moved in they were told that the fees wouldn't go up more than 3% a year, but the rise in prices is more like 6% (some even 8%!).

Not only is the facility immaculate, it is also warm, welcoming, and feels like a breath of fresh air. The residents are cheerful, and staff seems to be happy to spend their days there! Definitely a place to look forward to, whether to live there, visit a relative, or tour for future planning!

I came here not knowing anyone, and everyone is extremely friendly. We have lots of fun, and the people who work here are extremely wonderful!

The people here are very friendly from the staff to the residents. Lots of fun activities from yoga to card games, social hour and music appreciation. The grounds are lovely and the pool is a great way to relax!
