I would like to speak to Randy Hill concerning pennyross attitude because I called and rescheduled my court date because I didn't have a ride meaning she said I'm tired of you call and reschedule meaning if I don't have a ride I will get a FTA and I don't have the money to pay for a warrant but I think I did the right thing by rescheduling I said in court and the people that don't come Randy here ask the question do you have a phone why you didn't call and reschedule it I think I did the right thing but because I did the right thing the next time she says she's going to issue a warrant I don't think that's fair at all and if she issue I warrant I think she should be the one to pay it I know I had court my ride bag that on me at the last minute I couldn't make it so I rescheduled what is wrong with it please give me some feedback because people like provoke people to have attitudes and say whatever

The Clark County district Court is not a court of record. Under Arkansas state law, losing your case in a non-court of record is of no consequence because there is no record to review on appeal.

Because there is no record of the proceedings, there is no way for an appellate court to review what happens in a non Court of record.

Wherefore, if you lose your case in district court, you can simply bring your case to the next higher Court, the Circuit Court, as if nothing happened in the district court.

Based on this, one might reasonably consider the district court a kangaroo court.

I came to court due to a traffic violation which was my fault. I came at 10 am. I rescheduled from the previous week! I didn't get called until after lunch break at 1. I guess the judge was FED UP with life by then. Before the break, he offered everyone a chance to tell their story, not have it put on their driving record, or pay and go! This guy was friendly to everyone with understanding beforehand. When I came up, it was no chances given. Like pay this ticket and next. No explanations, nothing. This country pick and choose judicial system is something else. Treat everyone the same.
