The room doesn’t look like the picture. Our room was dirty and the seat toilet was damaged and burned with cigarette. We have reported this issue 3 times. I have a 3 year old child and this is disgusting to see. Reported that phone doesn’t work. Reported the floor all dirty. Reported that this room doesn’t have hair dryer and Iron. Requested rooms service multiple times in person but I had to do the job and no-one showed up. All I was told that my manager is on vacation and I will text my manager. I asked who’s covering the manager? The answer was no one. GREAT!!! no one bothered to switch my room until the manager figures this out.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On December 30th 2024 at 11:00 am. we were checking out after staying there we paid our deposit in cash and we were on our way to get it back. when we spoke to the receptionist she gave us back a old $100 bill. One thing about our family is that whenever we are at the bank we always ask for brand new bills, and we know when we paid the deposit we paid with brand new bills. We explained that to her until another receptionist came over they both started getting defensive and arguing with us also claiming that this was the exact bill which it wasn’t they were rude and disrespectful and even kicked us out horrible service and disrespectful staff super entitled

I had an amazing stay at last night! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality, especially from Brandy, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The attention to detail and the excellent service made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Thank you, Brandy, and the entire team for making my stay exceptional!

I have very little to say negatively about this place

The hotel seems to be operating under a normal policy and no one is running you down for taking your breakfast to your room. In fact staff here have been amazing with many different issues all of which were handled promptly and professionally. All in all the property is never a disappointment as i stay here every few months.
OLD REVIEW….
(other than the breakfast which is guarded by a staff and Forced to eat in the dining room…. This is a bit too much for me new rule change as of the first week of may.)

The front staff has always been nice and housekeeping very relaxed. Rooms are nice for the price and always clean. Minor issues at times but easily solved with a quick call to engineering or front desk.

What i like the most is the size of the rooms many on the property and the sister property are 300+ sq ft which is much larger than the standard hotels elsewhere

The room was a bit small and the shower FLOODS the bathroom when you use it 😕 we had to request lots of extra towels to keep from slipping on the flooded floors after our shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable and you can feel the springs when you sleep. The ice machine on the second floor is completely broken. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was pretty satisfying other than there being no milk. The room had a decent mini fridge and microwave which was super convenient. Check in and check out were really simple and easy. The location was a decent drive from the beach (about 15-30 mins depending). All in all, I don't think I would stay again for the same price. Either they fix the bathroom flooding and get nicer beds or they should lower their prices. It was okay for a one night stay.

Positive: They were able to accommodate my request for a room on the 1st floor. Negative: The pool & spa was closed by the Health Department, and we were not able to use it. There were not enough breakfast options on the 2nd night we stayed, no coffee, fruit, bagels, or cereal. They were also out of juice. And the hot water machine was out .
