Buen hotel limpio y en buenas condiciones los cuartos. El elevador si requiere mantenimiento. La atención es personalizada y hablan español. El precio es el más bajo de la zona y su calidad es mediana. Conviene hospedarse en este hotel.

Excelente muy buena atención

If I could give this a negative stars I would. This has got to be the worst experience at a hotel possible. Checked in and the manager let us know that breakfast was no longer provided and we could hit up burger King down the street. Got to the room, door didn't close all the way and it smelled a little weird. Walked in the room to check the beds like I do everywhere I stay, pulled back the bead spread that had a grease stain on in to find that the bed and cover had a huge pee stain on it. Not sure why I looked further.. but there were signs of bed bugs at the top of the bed. Looked in the bathroom door didn't shut all the way... we were done. We stayed there for possibly 30 minutes and we found another place to stay. Don't stay there! Horrible.

Absolutely not convinced this place isn’t haunted and run by ghosts. “Come for the dirt water in your tub, stay for the mold on the rugs and the smell of cat piss in every room!” Do not stay here. Never left a review after walking right out of a place but this is a literal health hazard to anybody who doesn’t have the immune system of a superhero.

I usually don't leave reviews because Im not picky and have stayed in several hotels but this hotel is nasty. I kept trying to find a way overlook things and just chill out since we would only be staying 1 night. I couldn't stay their. The bugs were too much for me. Bedding nasty and holes in them. Refrigerator nasty. The pictures are misleading. This hotel is nasty. For $237 for 1 night. Definitely not worth it. I couldn't bring myself to stay there. Luckly I was able to get a room at another hotel down the road. Other than that I would have slept in my vehicle.

Positive: Nothing!! Negative: It was dirty, musky, dusty, and stained. I was to tired to drive anywhere else. I paid for a King room and got 2 dusty beds. Stain in the shower. Roaches. The water turned gray when it hit the tub from the dust. Never again

My friend was coming in from another state and had an accident and would be stuck in Auburn for 1 night until further arrangements for a vehicle at the time. She was dishufled and confused and couldn't find her credit cards. She called me and I booked a room for her the at Clarion Inn & Suites University Center. Things turned around and a family member was able to get her and I was attempting to cancel my reservation. Long story short they are running a scam about not refunding the money. Online it states one thing. But the policy in house is another and the kept my hard earned money. I'll be watching for a class action lawsuit because I'm sure I'm not the only one. They gave me phoney numbers and the attendant Evan was quirky and unconcerned on the phone. I hope everyone involved soon has an inconvenience of looking for another job. They play very dirty at Clarion in Auburn.
