Don’t believe what these recent people stated in the comments recently. 1.) Kami is a family friend of theirs that used to live there and 2.) Alexis is their daughter. Overview of the apartment complex, it’s a nice area to live in I would say. Unfortunately, the manager is very rude as well as the maintenance man (her husband). Especially when they don’t get their way. I’ve seen these people have a power trip over others and treat their kind (religion) better. Even though there are rules that we residents have to abide; apparently for them and their daughter, it doesn’t abide to them. Terrible management/people

Very Bad! These apartments are very messy! So much cats roaming around in these apartments while the manager doesn't even do anything, how pathetic! I am deathly allergic to cats and they don't do anything. They let anyone who doesn't live here roam around! It's not safe here. Very dirty around the office. The houses on the outside is not taken care of! They should fire those managers immediately! They are rude to little kids and they cry! The boss should hire a new guy as the manager and fire/kick out those old managers!

A very well kept place to live. A lot quieter than most places. Very clean the office is very clean always greeted with a smile and nice words.

This place is a joke. Roach infested. Cats roam everywhere leaving feces in the wood chips so opening a window for fresh air is NO. The smell is horrible. The AC units have tons of pigeon droppings on them. Maintenance is never to be found, exit fire escape gate is chained with a lock for about 5 months now which makes it very inconvenient to leave or when visitors come by they must wait for somebody too walk out and open gate on other side of complex. Don't let the "nice" looks fool you...
