Stopped late on the way from Reno to Ashland oregon and found this hotel welcoming and surprising comfortable ? clean and perfect for resting. Even stopped again on our way back to RENO as we got tired of traveling late at night once again. Highly recommended. Perfect when traveling thru. You don't need to spend a fortune just to get some rest from driving. Fair pricing.

Good place to lay over on a road trip. The room price was to steep for cheap metal beds. Room 134 has full size beds, but the room felt crowded. The TV was small and the remote didn't work right. The service was nice and the receptionist was friendly. There were plenty of towels without having to ask for more. The location was easy to get to. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend them.

The only complaint was the bed. They have a tin frame that is extremely noisy getting in or out of the bed. If someone gets up to use the restroom it wakes anyone sleeping in the room.

Room was small but clean. Dated decor. A/C out of our reach (shorter folks, here). Mini fridge and microwave included. Step in shower (no tub). Quiet area. Wi-fi pretty strong. Light outside bathroom window was bothersome, so we had to close the door to the bathroom. The pillows were thin and somewhat insubstantial. The bed was on the firmer side. There was a barrier under the bed that was very loud if you hit it with your foot which anyone would be prone to do due to placement. Deadbolt didn’t line up properly. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to Burney Falls.

Cute place. Clean. Super nice staff. Pet friendly for a small fee. Rooms are large and very clean. Water pressure in shower was amazing!!! Small refrigerator and microwave, plus coffee pot. TV is kinda small but it worked for what we wanted. I definitely recommend.

The quality of the rooms, is very good, with nice flooring. Rooms have small fridge, coffee pot and microwave. The bathrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Lovely scented bar soap and shampoos are provided. Patron laundromat on site.

We had a 2 queen room. The room had been recently renovated, but it was dirty! The floors were sticky. The doors were visibly dirty. There was a gummy bear underneath one of the beds, a crumpled paper on the floor next to the trash, and hair in the bathroom.

Also, there was no breakfast offered despite the website and the binder in the room mentioning free breakfast. This was a reason why we chose this place!

I don't know what other motel nearby to recommend. I didn't expect anything fancy, but I expected a clean room with breakfast.

I cannot recommend Charm Motel and Suites.
