Céntrico lugar, habitaciones súper cómodas, puedes llegar caminado desde house of blues sin contratiempos. Una vista fenomenal del estadio y super seguro.

The staff is difficult to work with. They sent us passive aggressive emails about our refund deposit, and then passed it off to another department to handle. We haven’t heard back from whoever we were told to reach out to. We were told that they couldn’t install lights even if we bought them, but our second bedroom and dining room didn’t come with a light fixture. One of the 4th floor trash chutes was closed for over a month due to a maggot problem, and the elevators were always broken. The fire alarm went off multiple times a month too! There are nicer apartments around this one with better amenities and nicer staff. Their prices are the same as the newer buildings in the area, but everything on property is outdated. I don’t recommend living here.

Run far far far away from this place. If you like cockroaches in your patio/hallways, fire alarms going off weekly at 7 in the morning for 20 minutes, everything breaking in the apartment, and on top of that.. after a year of living here they want to raise your rent $500 This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. I honestly still wouldn’t stay here even if they cut my rent in half. I would never stay here ever again. If you’re thinking about moving here…. DONT! Terrible place to live.

Nice but didn't find apartment amazing or luxurious. I didn't get to check out any of the amenities - yoga area, pool, gym, barbecue grills so this review is just about the apartment and parking area. The 3 bedrooms aren't very big but kitchen, dining and living room areas are nice and open - no walls separating the areas and large windows to let in natural light.

The apartment complex is nice and our apartment is wonderful. The 2 stars is due the complete lack of control of the environment. We have packages stolen off our doorstep weekly, would be nice if there was security roaming the halls to deter this, or even any preventative efforts taken. Spoken to other residents of this complex and theft is a large problem. We recently tried to purchase a ring camera to take action of our own, but it was stolen from our doormat before we could claim it.

Wish I could give 2.5 stars. Giving 3 stars because I’ve lived here 2 years now and I love our unit inside. The maintenance team is also great & always happy. However, NOT SAFE. Packages stolen, ring cameras stolen, car windows broken, burglary from cars. The office is aware of the safety issue but they will not install cameras (I asked) or hire security. Also, aminities constantly broken - hottub is usually really cold, elevator breaks like daily.

At first we weren't too sure about this place because being that it was in Anaheim, it automatically was going to be expensive. Although these wonderful apartments are a little on the pricey end ($2,000/mo for a 2 bedroom), they are one of the nicest places in the area.If your rented place is on the 1st floor, it will be surrounded by concrete and double-pained windows making these very quite and noise is hardly noticeable at all. This place has tons of nice people, a huge pool and Jacuzzi, gym and yoga studio, pool tables and shuffle board and a fantastic view of the Angel's Stadium, where you can then see the after game fireworks. Take a roll on by these spacious, beautiful and even pet friendly apartments that are equivalent to that of a 4-5 star hotel resort.
