My main brag on Champions Club is that it’s a very convenient place for students to live. I love that the U of A bus route travels right next to us, and we live in a good area of Fayetteville altogether. The staff I’ve interacted with has always been super nice and helpful too!

I did an early move in this year. Every so often there is a little bump in the road but I call the office and Austin fixes it right away. At this point, I recognize him by his voice. He has been so helpful. I moved in with no ac and the next day he got someone to put in a window unit just so I would feel comfortable.

I have recently moved here and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I engaged their services, I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch service. I truly honestly have loved living here. This will be my 3rd year here and can’t see myself having a better apartment in Fayetteville. The staff is great, the apartments are spacious, it’s far enough from campus that it’s not too crazy. Overall I love it here 🙂

Champions apartment has been nothing but amazing! The staff is always there to help no matter what it is. It’s one of the cleanest property’s in Fayetteville which is also a plus side. The parking is the cheapest that I’ve had in Fayetteville. Overall best place to live!!

Living here is unlike any other apartment complex! The staff is so nice and eager to help you. The amenities are well kept and high quality. I have lived here for a year and it has been great. Maintenance is super fast. I have never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed. The office hosts different things throughout the month for everyone to do (Grocery Bingo, Sonic, 7Brew, pasta bar, breakfast bar, etc) which is fun and really nice of them to do! the only thing that I do wish were different is the amount of guest parking available but that is not a deal breaker. I am so glad I chose to live here !!

I've lived here for a year and love it. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance requests have always been taken care within 24 hours of me submitting them. The complex is also on the bus route, which is a huge plus! The apartments are very clean and nice, and the community is relatively quiet. My only complaint is that there is a train across the street that can be incredibly loud when it comes by, but it's not constant and honestly isn't a deal breaker for me. You can't beat the amenities like a gym, pool, and free printing, and the fact that your rent covers most of your utilities is amazing. I would highly recommend these apartments!
