no renten aqui no hay seguridas hay ratas, cucarachas ,carisima la renta en la oficina nunca resuelvennlos problemas hay problemas de estacionamiento ,en lis departamentos viven 2 familias mas de 10 personas en un departamento de 2 cuartos. todo se escucha mucho ruido.

Disgusting place to live at, super expensive rent but when you call and ask them to go fix it they never do but are quick to call towing service on any cars, manager Lucy and her assistant are rude and stereotype people on how they’re dress or how they look. Charge for everything even a parking spot but this place is filled with drug dealers and still try and make people live there. Manager Lucy is not fair and neither is assistant. They discriminate and don’t get on their bad side because they will kick you out for no valid reason. Never parking. Always rude. Trash is always out of the garbage area. Family member was sitting in stairs waiting for aunt to get home keep in mind this is a minor and TWO GROWN women asking a 15 year old who is aunt is, what apt number, meanwhile he was just sitting down waiting for my aunt. Two 50 year old women against a 15 year old that just got home from the bus stop they also said “no old ladies live here” keep in mind this is no gated apartment complex, always vandalism, graffiti and trash everyone. worry about making it a cleaner community instead of 15 year olds.

Worst place to rent from. Disgusting staff! To start off “management” is by far the most unprofessional uneducated staff there is. The old one Lucy hates her own kind. Go somewhere else because these people forget that They Are Staff not Hall monitors. They don’t allow guest to your own apartment and they will tow any guest car that parks in the apartment premises. Just remember this Lucy if you’re reading this. What goes around comes around..

Management is unprofessional. WORST PLACE TO GIVE YOUR RENT MONEY ! They will towed your vehicle & hardly ever parking a lot. Maintenance guys are never working ! You get an uncomfortable stare from them!

We have lived here for three years and plan to stay. The manager Lucy is very friendly and easy to talk to. Repairs are taken care of on a timely manner, the grounds are always kept up and looking nice. During the pandemic they even hired someone to make sure the laundry facilities and handrails were sanitized.

Great stay while at this apartment, never really had an issue while living here thanks to the nice and quiet scenery the apartment complex had inside of its well-kept walls. They had a nice walking area for my chihuahua that she enjoyed. We had no issues while first checking into the apartment due to a nice breezy process thanks to the ladies over at the main office. I had some very nice showers here thanks to the constant, never-ending hot water.

These apartments are really quiet, it's a really nice place, the management takes care of home issues fast and it has great amenities. The Only problem, and the one that you will be most annoyed with and reminded every single day is the parking. If you have more than one car, go somewhere else, don't tell me later I didn't warned you, cause you will literally regret it. Asides from the assigned parking you will NOT find parking available at least 95% of the time. You will have to park outside in a city lot because it's the only place that's available until late at night. And even so, the city will get mad and force you to move to a half a mile away location. Yes, literally everyday you will either get lucky and find parking or have to walk half a mile after getting tired from work to make it to your home. People park illegally (without parking tags) all the time, and the security is so lazy that they won't issue tickets to 100% of the people, I literally saw today the security look at a car without tags, he got in his car, looked at the car again, thought about it for a second and instead of issuing a ticket just drove off. It is the single most annoying thing and is the main reason people move out. Don't get me wrong, I love the place but the parking issue is absurd to the point that all the good stuff doesn't compensate the daily annoyance.

I needed to find a place ASAP and literally moved in the same week I began my search. Lucy was super professional and quick in response time. Additionally, my unit has a large tree outside making my home super fresh and peaceful. I can begin my healing journey.
