My name is Aaron Eide I have been a tenant for Casa Flores Apartments in Riverside off of Magnolia Avenue for three years. The rent was going up every year. I was in a one bedroom apartment the manager her name is Luana. She was very discrimination towards a person with the disability, she threatening me that she was gonna kick me out of my apartment for no reason at all For. He said she said matters, I asked her to do a walk-through. I moved out on July 15 of last year I asked to do a walk-through she denied the walk-through. I got a paper in the mail with these outrageous orders, saying that I left trash in my unit I had to pay 1700 and something dollars that if I didn’t pay the money that she would ruin my credit, the manager was not very nice. She was not very sweet. She was very rude very disrespectful. I’m giving them one star because of how they treated me when I’ve been in that apartment complex, I felt like I was being discriminated I I’ve been false accused made lies about, I do not appreciate how I was treated at Casa Flores Apartments for a one bedroom now she’s charging new people 1700 a month it’s really ridiculous she this manager will scam you any money that she can get you get out of you so I’m telling you to please be careful i’ve been there for three years and the way that this manager treated me was just unprofessional discrimination because I am disabled. I have a disability and I have a learning disability and I have dyslexia. No person should be treated that way at all so this is another review about Casa Flores Apartments in Riverside off of Magnolia Ave this apartment is not good to live in because the Manager is not good with her job. She doesn’t keep up the apartment and she discriminates people and her name is Luana 😡😡

We moved in a month ago. The manger was very professional and on top of are application she got us approved quickly and even waited for us on her lunch break for us to bring are deposit so we could move in immediately. The apartment is very clean. We had a lose toilet seat and maintenance came immediately and fixed very friendly and professional. The apartment complex is well taken care of, clean and quiet. Over all love this apartment and staff. My only gripe is wish the bar b que's could be up graded getting a little worn.

I was attempting to rent an apt at this site. The managers dragged her feet for a month. Even though I was told I was just awaiting final approval I found out later my application was still in pending mode. The mrg was very rude and will not deal with her again. She was also running Jefferson point....

I feel like this property needs a big upgrade water pressure always down in my kitchen water is always off unexpectedly without notice leak from kitchen sink , cheap paint on walls , when you wipe them off paint comes off also , big upgrade is needed here but aside from everything breaking the manager has excellent customer service

The rent is almost unaffordable here, every year it goes up another hundred as well as cars being vandalized and management doing nothing to resolve the problem.
