I've been staying here for years and always enjoy myself. Really love Canyon Club!
Has one of the best pools and hot tubs, a beautiful garden with a pond (and a turtle) and a green hedge labyrinth with a nice lawn to layout. Very dog friendly. Cool playroom and hot sauna.
The staff are very nice and helpful. Tends to be a friendly, fun, mellow, sexy vibe. Saturday and Sundays get much more lively! Has the best deal for a day pass in town. No stress here, come relax and have a fun time! It's not the Ritz, but that's not why we're here (they are remodeling) It's clean, safe, a great location and did I say Fun!😈

basic 3-star rooms but 5 stars - heated swimming pool, large heated jacuzzi, hot sauna, morning pastry snacks, and expansive green garden with lounge chairs, benches and hedge maize. Plus, the friendly room attendants and outgoing general manager who is a wealth of local knowledge. Restaurant picks are right on- love Marios Italian. And lastly, John's diner is right next door!

Another great trip to Palm Springs for New Years at The Canyon Club! Thank you Jeff at the Front Desk for having my favorite room ready early this time 🙂 My room was perfect. Clean and great location. The weather was fantastic. The team who run the hotel are all very nice and friendly. Thank you Jeff for running a great fun place!

My husband and I just completed our first stay at Canyon Club. I have to say, I have... mixed feelings. Most importantly, we had a great time!! The location is great as it's not too far from the bars but also not right next door. The pool is great and promotes a real community atmosphere. The garden in the back is awesome, and the mix of people was delightful. The rooms could REALLY use some updates, though. They are... functional...l and I'll leave it at that.||Everyone was wonderful, from desk staff to room attendants, with one exception. There is a man named JEFF (actually mentioned by someone in a seperate review) who works during the days who honestly has to be one of the most off-putting people I've ever met LOL! He says he's the manager, but he seems like the type who would lie about that kind of thing. Every experience i had with him during my 10-day stay was abysmal. He's just standoffish, dismissive, and seems really entitled, if that makes any sense. Aside from his rude behavior during my own interactions with him, I overheard him saying some really disparaging things about some of the regulars who visited while I was there... just talking smack on the phone right there in the lobby while there was a line of people needing help. At one point, after someone came to the desk and tried to explain to him that the thermostat on his AC was likely broken, he had the nerve to mumble something about having a master's degree after he rudely told this guy there were plenty of other places in town he could go to. The guy heard him and just laughed out at the pool with the rest of us about how this "master's degree" clearly served him well, landing him managing Canyon Club LOL (no offense to anyone else, of course). I REALLY hope he isn't the manager, because I can't imagine how many customers this place loses because of him. As much as I enjoyed this place, I think i would pay extra next time i come to town to stay at a place with decent rooms and a manager who isn't a total jerk.🙃

Stayed at CC for 10 days. Price was ok. Maybe a bit high for what they have to offer. They do offer a free night after 7 nights. The staff from front desk to housekeeping was very kind and helpful. The pool and garden are very nice. Good mix of friendly clients. Room leaves a lot to desire. Sink cold water stream was 1/3 the size of a pencil. Bathroom door was falling from one hinge, cockroach the first day. Notified the mgr. These items were never addressed. Breakfast was coffee and some cheap packaged pastries. Electric plugs either did not work or the plug would fall out of the socket. Bed was big and comfortable. Small fridge was adequate. Housekeeping was superb. There is no on site staff after 10 pm. Strange people some times sneak and lurk around the facility at night. Key access door does not always latch. Overall its an OK place to stay. Hope they can bring up the standard of the resort. Many I talked to had similar experience and question if they would return in the future.

I met up with several of my friends from out of town. We had such a fantastic time, we stayed at the hotel most of the time. The staff was so friendly (especially Jeff, the manager, he made sure our stay was comfortable yet fun!|The grounds were clean, thanks to the staff, I watched them as they kept everything neat and tidy. I also loved the garden area with the koi pond (very peaceful.
