Es mi PEOR experiencia en estancia en un hotel!!!! Las habitaciones con humedad y salitre la pintura cuarteada y sin mantenimiento. La cama un asco con colchón viejo e incomodo las sábanas y fundas nada confiables como para que toquen la piel. La televisión se estaba cayendo literalmente, el aire acondicionado emitía un olor a humedad que inundaba el cuarto ...unas cortinas viejas pasadas de moda y polvorientas. LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL DEL BAÑO NO TENIA! La Alberca sucia llena de tierra y restos de basura. UN ASCO DE HOTEL !!!

I was in California for a funeral and booked a four day stay here. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, so much so I didn’t even stay the days I paid for. It’s infested with roaches, the bed covers were absolutely disgusting, there are drug addicts and homeless people all around , the towels were the nastiest towels I’ve seen, and so much more. I was literally scared to go out at night because of the people and scared to use anything in the hotel. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote, but I feel I need to warn people about this hotel .

For the amount of money, you get what you pay for, just a bed, bath, fridge (which leaked), microwave. There wasn't any coffee machine in the room which was advertised, the hairdryer didn't work, there was no working ice machine. The only thing going for this place was the friendly maintenance man who brightens the day with his friendly attitude, unlike the office staff.

The man at the front desk was very kind (at first) and the gentleman that helped me and my family to our rooms was incredible! Obviously it’s no Marriott but the rooms weren’t horrible. AC turned on and cooled the room quickly, beds were clean and so was the furniture. The shower didn’t have any grips in the floor so it was slick. As for the man at the front desk, my ONE HUNDRED YEAR OLD great aunt was struggling with the AC and he told her (over the hotel phone) that he already came up once for help and he wasn’t going to come back. The room was FREEZING

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier. Der Pool ist nicht sehr sauber und der Whripool nicht besonders heiß. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr verstaubt und dreckig. Der Schreibtischstuhl war verdreckt, Löcher an der Bettlehne und im Bettlaken (Siehe Bilder). Außerdem fanden wir morgens eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer auf. Der Duschkopf spritzt teils gegen die Decke und verursacht dadurch Schimmel.

Honestly there are only 2 places that I will stay in bako and this is one of them. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. The staff is friendly and always accommodating. One of my favorite places in bako.

The service was grade. He was very helpful friendly. I'm very accommodating. Unfortunately, our room took more than 7 hours. In order for Ed to have a good cooline in the room. Meanwhile, it we were dying of heat. The AC does not really work. The room was clean. Everything around was clean. And the service was excellent of the or at the front desk.

Gotta say the mixed reviews are a bit rough on this place. Service was quick with a smile, breakfast was nothing special but I enjoyed it none the less. The room was a bit gross and falling apart a bit, loose tiles, ripped furniture, etc... For 53$ a hot shower and some cold drinks can't complain. Had to sacrifice a hand towel since the microwave was legit disgusting 🤢 😷 but Imma leave it nice n clean. Might check out the pool later
