I’m a mobile notary and Brookdale recommended me to one of their residents. I came to Brookedale in murrieta and was greeted by Kristin to get checked in. The facility is very nice and clean inside, they had it all decked out in Hawaiian for a luau they had. Ann the sales manager is so incredibly kind, she invited me to come to their Halloween festivities. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone needing senior living for their family members.

We toured several assisted living facilities and we really liked Brookdale's smaller size and close community. My mom has been a resident for about three months now. Although It was a difficult transition for her, the staff and residents made her feel very welcome and she is now settled into her new home.

If I could give more stars, I would!!! We were referred to this assisted living facility through Dr. Bach Nguyen in Murrieta. As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind. We spoke with Ann Ciccarelli, the Sales and Marketing Manager and she is phenomenal!! She was gracious, empathetic and compassionate. Even though this facility was not a good fit for my mother (non memory care), Ann pointed us in the right direction. She even provided information about a little known additional benefit for Veterans that could benefit my mother. We left feeling well informed for the next steps. Ann also followed up with me via phone the next week just to see how things were going. Very kind.

Brookdale is a blessing!! The staff are professional, caring and friendly. My mom is safe, healthy and happy living there and it is peace of mind for my husband and I, especially when we travel- knowing mom is in good hands.

One of Brookdales tenants was driven by staff member ARLENE from Brookdale nursing home to our clinic, Arlene opened clinic door and gave patient a push in his wheel chair through the clinic doors and walked away never stepping foot in the building leaving patient in the center of the lobby knowing he was unable to help himself due to his reason for visit . The other patients in the lobby including me were shocked by the treatment of the driver, one patient was kind enough to wheel him over to the front desk. Another patient stated she will be putting in a complain to Brookdale as well. I spoke with Lin Holand who was the nurse in charge, I expressed to her what had happened and she seemed to be understanding and said she will get to the bottom of it and handle it however that same driver was the one to pick him up after his visit. The treatment of the elderly man was unacceptable and really made me question Brookdales care for there patients well being. The report feels as though it went ignored given the same driver picked up the patient.

My mom got to the point where she needed assisted living. Unfortunately, our place didn't work out due to stairs. We checked out several facilities and were drawn to Brookdale. My wife and I took the tour and were very impressed. A few weeks later my sister and brother in law brought my mom down to check out the facility and she was very happy with it. Jean, the lady who was helping us, went above and beyond to make my mom feel right at home, including putting together a welcome booklet commemorating her heritage. Other people who were so helpful were Robin, Queen, and Raquel. Several of the staff people who were there during our visit introduced themselves to us and were so friendly. Even talked to several of the residents there who loved the place. More than one said that the food is excellent. Highly recommended checking out Brookdale Murrieta

I met with Kellie Harris for a tour, she was wonderful! So kind, knowledgeable and such a professional, I have had several friends from the colony move to brookdale,. I will be moving to Brookdale and so excited, I went to several senior living places and Brookdale is by far the best!!

,I got to know most of the staff at Brookdale about seven years ago when my Dad was a resident there.I have been a volunteer there almost two years. Its a great place to be and to be associated with. The staff is super and the residents are fun loving people.
