Bed bug and roach infestations… the rooms are so nasty looking. The motel employees leave at 5pm tell you that if you need anything, maintenance will help maintenance. Never answers his door. Most disgusting and disgraceful place I have ever stayed

This place is infected with bed bugs and roaches. The owners and mangers don't care about the health of the customers when they have a paper from the medical facility. They like to discriminate against people who have disabilities and service cats. They rather have drug attacks work for them and who is also a theft and has a record for harming people and like to damage other personal property that he withheld from a person that was trying to contact them to get it back. I wouldn't go there if you had no other place to go. Plus, safety and noise is loud all the time.

Would not recommend....killed a lot of roaches...fridge didn't work ac didn't work and the shower didn't work and the TV don't ever come here!!!

It's full of coacroachs n bed bugs...and homeless people are gathered day and night in the parking lot. I became homeless and then my car broke down here...I may have blown my engine. I'm 65 an staying grateful to Jehovah. If it weren't for him I wouldn't be alive right now... staying grateful and humble and on his timing for release of problems

Stayed here 3 years ago and haven’t had the chance to write a review. Driving past Redding and remembered that I should share my experience. Room was filthy and when we checked in, the owner obviously didn’t clean the room. Ac looks like it hasn’t been maintained for 10 years. There was a hole in bathroom wall. I rather sleep in my car than come here again.

Please avoid this place at ALL COST!!! You will have terrible experience. My worst hotel stay ever!!!

I saw a few cockroaches running around and the place wreaked of bug killer when I walked in. The atmosphere was kind of noisy day and night. This is definitely a low budget hotel but it beats sleeping in your car or on the streets at night. I was put up in the room by a local church as I was on hard times and needed a place to crash for a few nights while I was in between places so I do appreciate the hospitality but this is definitely not a five star hotel, this is where you go when you are too tired to make it to the next town and cannot find a room anywhere else. Also despite asking on my second day there I was not supplied any and never received any towels.

The office (girl) will enter your room without permission and search your personal belongings if given any chance if you leave the hotel and will keep your deposit if you object her reasons for entering the room without permission and will go thru all your belongings, Then Rude worker that will keep your deposit for no legitimate reason and will not make any changes to accommodate you if you want clean towels or clean anything.

This hotel is run by scammer thieves and is the worst place in the whole northern California area to stay or visit. (No visitors) rule or they keep your deposit.

You sneeze wrong they will keep you 100$ deposit
