I've had a great experience here. Im a single mom who recently lost my husband and Mrs. Kelsi was amazing helping me get into the town house. I had issues with my bank taking forever and she was so patient and sweet the whole time. She has became a great friend threw this whole experience. I had one small issue with my fridge and kelsi had me a new fridge the next day. The apartment is so clean and smells so good. They are very understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Ive lived in apartments before and this is by far the best. Very quiet as well.

They have not took out the dumpster trash in over a month and have not cut the grass in a month either which has a tone of snakes . They Will not return calls.

I have live here for several years and I love it. I'm a single woman so it's important to feel safe. I have never had a problem. Monica is a great manager and always sympathetic to people's needs. If a problem ever comes up she sends someone to fix it immediately.

When I lived there, it was nice I lived there for 10 years r more. They started selling alot. They are a tax exempt property. Which was always changing management. Which was bad. Cause the apts started going down hill really .

They have a great management they helped me get into a apartment fast and made sure everything was done right before move in and the stay on top of Maintenance

I have lived here about 10 years.and someone has bought it out.but no one knows h8s name lol.you goodie it say it's closed but it's not.its strange around here none of the workers on property act like they don't speak our language.and we are only subpost to contact by email.Its really strange and subpost to be going up on rent way over.after facelift 3bed 2 BA.900$ a month.irs really strange.
