Bonito lugar. Precios accesibles. Muy tranquilo. Muy limpio (sin olores a cigarro o ese tipo de cosas). Habitaciones bien equipadas; mini-refri, horno de microondas, plancha, secadora de cabello, etc. El desayuno me gustó mucho; había avena instantánea, waffles, omelet, tocino, yogurt, té, café, jugo, leche, cupcakes, cereales, etc. El personal es atento. No usé la alberca pero se veía bien. Suficiente estacionamiento. No tiene una gran vista pero lo elegimos porque está muy cerca del The Grand Pavillion (Banquet Hall) así que está bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo para hospedarse tranquilamente y ahorrar en desayuno (ya que está incluido).

Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es riquísimo y variado. Buen servicio en general y perfecto para descansar. Con wifi y estacionamiento gratuito. Pileta para disfrutar los días de sol.

El hotel estuvo limpio y callado. Mi cuarto tenia refrigerador y microhonda y no me iso falta nada. Este lugar te cobra un poco mas que los otros lugares cerquitas pero la calidad de la habitacion tambien es mejor.

I have never experienced such a profound lack of respect from a so-called hospitality manager in my 40 years of life. When I checked into the hotel, I was met with disdain due to their strict no-pets policy. I informed the front desk that my dog was a registered ADA service animal, and after that, they proceeded with my check-in. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and gone to another hotel across the street. However, as a loyal Diamond member of Best Western for many years, I chose to stay, believing they would value my business. I was charged $120 for one night, plus a $100 deposit, which was particularly distressing since that was my last bit of money until payday in a week and a half. All I sought was some peace of mind.

I left my service dog in the room to avoid exposing him to the pouring rain, which could lead to ear infections. Not only is he my ADA animal, but he also has special needs. I took an Uber to pick up some personal belongings so I could shower and relax for the evening. Upon returning 30 minutes later, I heard my dog whimpering as I entered through the back door. My key wouldn’t work, so I went to the front desk, where I encountered a very agitated man named Andrew and a woman. He aggressively informed me that I was being kicked out and that they would keep all my money because I had supposedly violated a federal law by leaving my dog unattended for half an hour. He waved a paper in my face, claiming it was a federal law, and accused me of breaching noise regulations on a Friday night at 10 PM for the same duration.

His disrespectful demeanor made it clear that my loyalty, financial situation, and overall circumstances meant nothing to him. It felt as though I was being treated like an inferior being. I am determined to pursue a refund for my money. From the moment I checked in, it seemed they were looking for reasons to dismiss me because I was able to legally bypass their no-pet policy. People work hard for their money, and with rising costs, I cannot afford to be treated this way or suffer such a financial blow over something so trivial. That night, my dog and I had nowhere to go, and they left us without anything, forcing us onto the streets. I didn’t even have the chance to use the toilet paper roll or take a shower.
To make matters worse there is in fact no FEDERAL LAW THAT OUTRIGHT PROHIBITS A SERVICE ANIMAL FROM BEING UNATTENDED. Circumstances should be considered appropriately.

I have stayed here a few times and everything here is very pleasurable, The rooms a nicer than most ,they are big rooms, clean , love the fireplace and the balcony, love how it has separate sitting area and bedroom , with working air conditioning in both areas. The breakfast they serve downstairs is great , good variety to choose from, no brown bag or just a Danish and coffee. Front desk lady was very helpful , the only issue I had was reason I booked the room , so that was extremely disappointing.Ovefrall it's what a hotel stay should be like . Will definitely return back there again . Try this place you won't be disappointed ..
