Es un lugar muy acogedor con todas las facilidades. El personal en general es muy amable. Está muy bien ubicado,cerca del centro de visitantes donde hay transportación gratuita a los lugares turísticos. El hostal es limpio, baños y regaderas muy bien. Cocina amplia. Incluye desayuno. Realmente muy recomendable!

Great place to stay, stayed there last year and just got back from there this year. The owner is very friendly and the employees are very friendly. Felt safe and comfortable there. Also very clean! Fresh nicely folded towels and wash clothes on the corner of your bed. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are always filled up. The bathrooms and showers are all clean too. There's a kitchen and a common room to watch TV or movies and get on their or your computer. Also the location is great you're just a very short walk from downtown Anchorage stores and activities. I'll be back there for sure.

The mattress are very old, you can feel the springs very well... and the bunk beds are not very steady. The toilets are very clean. Breakfasts are basic. The location is very good, close to city centre. But traffic on the street are quite loud till late at night and can be disturbing so you need earplugs. Staffs are ok. Some older guests didn't allow others to use the wc (with sinks, showers, toilets, changing area) while they were showering... strange. An older woman with lower body naked wandered around the front of the building (probably not much the hostel can do, but not so pleasant if you need to get in or out).

Hello!. I stayed 2 night's. Ian was extremely helpful, professional, kind and very giving. I'm a traveling chef and he surprised me with a fantastic wild game cookbook. Gave it to me with well wishes. Women's bathroom very clean, plenty of new towles, soap, conditioners, body wash?, " ya can't beat that " !. Bed was comfortable and room was WARM, YOU WON'T FREEZE!!!.. Thanks for the hospitality, it's been appreciated...

Excellent! Great location. Very clean and quiet. All staff excellent and friendly . Met Luke on arrival at front desk. showed me around. Luke is very friendly and accommodating. Great introduction to Bent Prop. Management provides towels and wash cloth, laundry, refrigeration, cooking, microwave, computer facilities; big screen tv (separate room). 24 hour operation. Awesome.

This hostel is in a great location. There is tons of common space, plenty of refrigerators, laundry, and no unnecessary rules or overbearing staff. What really makes the experience for me, however, is the people who work there. Dave, who works at the front desk, was not only accommodating but really went out of his way to help me out. When I inquired about leaving my car at the airport for 2 weeks, he made a phone call to the midtown location and arranged for me to leave it there for a very reasonable rate. The owner, John, even gave me a ride to the airport! I will definitely stay here again.
