I want to share the great experience my Mom had moving into Belmont Sabre Springs. We made the difficult decision to move my Mom after 6 months as another facility to Belmont Sabre Springs. Its something you hope you don't need to do but the previous facility was not run as we had been told it would. My Mom was very unhappy there from the first day. Well, then there is Belmont Sabre Springs...from the tour with Kelly and Kristen, through signing papers, they were both very professional, very engaging with my Mom and very informative. The staff all met us with smiles and several came into my Mom's unit the day of move-in to introduce themselves and welcome my Mom. She loved that. We had a small challenge during the move, we were able to ask Diane at the front desk (she's wonderful too) and she put in an order for maintenance, Ben came by so quickly and everything was fixed! So nice to have such great response! Lastly, they paired my Mom with a couple current residents to go with my Mom to meals, show her around and talk with her about activities. They even accompanied her to a couple activities. This was a game-changer for my Mom! She needed a little encouragement to get social and that was what she needed. I am a big fan of Belmont Sabre Springs, all the staff and how they have made my Mom feel so welcome! I couldn't be happier!

I cannot thank the Belmont Sabre Springs team enough for guiding me through the senior living process. After losing my mom, my father needed a safe place that would treat him with dignity, respect and support. The food is incredible, their team, particularly Nadine, goes above & beyond always. It's a wonderful home for any aging parent! And feels like home.

This place has so much promise but it is so poorly run it is heartbreaking. Our parents live here. They routinely wait 1 hour or more at all meals. I know this factually, as I have shared meals with them while we sat like statues waiting for our meals. I am not sure how they are able to continue this? Maybe the other families do not know and the clients are not internet savvy? Maybe it is because they still get our 11k per month regardless of how long it takes them to bring their meals? My parents have also been without their washer and dryer (which we pay a premium for) for going on the 3rd month so my sister and I are doing their laundry at our homes and shuttling it back and forth. We have been told a new washer and dryer has been order - zip, nothing. I have spoken to the manager and they are very kind and gracious and still do nothing. Last, we chose this property because they have a pool which was critical for my father who has a lot of physical limitations. The bottom line is you cannot use the pool unless you have a peer with you or hire someone to assist you - beyond their fees. My mom really likes it here. My Dad not so much based on the above. I would not recommend this facility. I will provide an updated review should anything change.

I was very excited when we first moved my father to Belmont Village Sabre Springs. He suffers from Alzheimer’s and the options they offered us sounded great. I had taken my father to tour several facilities nearby that also offered Memory Care. I was thrilled when he chose this place. Not only did I too like all they spoke about, but it was less than a mile from my home. He has lived at Belmont for about 18 months now. It has been a continuous struggle to get the staff to follow through on almost everything. I typically take my father out for an excursion once a week, have him to my home for dinner twice a week, and take him to various medical appointments 2-3 times a month. I always phone well in advance to remind the staff, I will be arriving at a specific time and please have him sitting in the lobby, dressed and ready for our outing. If medical reports are needed for a Doctor appointment, I generally give them several days notice and follow up with a reminder call that morning. Sadly, more often than not, he isn’t in the lobby, when I locate him, he is often sitting in his room asleep, because no lights are on, blinds are closed, and no tv or music on. When I ask for his requested medical papers, they aren’t available and no one seems to know about them. When I send emails or leave phone messages, it can take a week to receive a response if I receive one at all. I don’t feel he is in danger, but I also don’t feel he is receiving the level of stimulation, encouragement, or caregiving I was led to believe he would receive there, especially since this is one of the most expensive facilities available.

We needed an assisted living facility that offered a wide range of care for its residents to accommodate my parents’ individual needs. Belmont Village is the perfect solution for our family! The facility itself is beautiful, bright, and uplifting, with lots of activities and services offered. Most importantly, the caregiving staff and administrators are so wonderful! I can rest so much easier knowing that my parents are being looked after by people who really care about them. I also really appreciate that there is a nurse on site at all times. Belmont Village truly has been such a wonderful choice for my parents!

Belmont Village is a very nice place. It is attractive with lovely inviting seasonal decorations. It is clean and well organized. It is calm and attractive. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I visited a relative in his room. They room is spacious. The dining room is inviting. It is a nice experience to visit.

We couldn't be happier with Belmont Village Saber Springs. Our mom loves living there. She likes her apartment, the facility, loves the food. She feels safe there. She loves the fact that they always know where she is, it makes her feel safe. She's made a lot of friends there. And all of this makes our hearts full knowing that she is getting everything that she needs, like getting her medications everyday, and eating good meals, and exercising, and socializing.

Thank you to Patricia Will the founder of Belmont Village Senior Living facilities. She had a mother in law with alzheimers and knew that there needed to be better options for her loved one. I had the same feeling with my mother years ago - I looked at many senior facilities and thought I could never place my Mom there. Fortunately - Belmont Villages at Sabre Springs had opened and we placed my Mom there and discovered it was a great move. My Mom was very happy there. She needed assistance with medication management and they had a full time nurse. She needed some assistance with "pals" and they were loving and kind. I could rest easily that she was in good hands, well cared for and happy. My mother- in-law has since chosen to live at Belmont and is very happy being there. She is very social, and likes to have lots of activities. She loves Belmont and all of the wonderful things they offer. In addition, she has met many new friends and has become best buddies with one of them. The staff love working with seniors and they have big hearts. There is always something going on, exercise classes , lunch in the restaurant, entertainment, movie night, bus rides, and so much more. We are so blessed that Ms. Will took her need and vision and turned her dream into reality for all of those lucky enough to find one of the Belmont Villages. You can rest assure that your loved ones will be treated with the love and dignity that they deserve. And your loved ones will be happy and give you the best feeling knowing that you found special place for them to call home.
