The rain season is coming and the little rain that we just had the roof was leaking. The roof have been leaking for off and on for years and they just keep patching it up. The place need a new roof the building is about 20 years old and was only patched up and that is not working anymore. The carpet in the main building needs to be cleaned or replaced. It has been so many offices staff in and out it’s crazy. I few years ago I was thinking about moving there but not now.

They rip off senior citizens for their security deposits. They let 20+ seniors sit outside of the management's office on the 3rd of December in walkers, on canes, in wheelchairs from 9 AM until after 11AM there was no sign posted on the door until after 12 noon when I addressed the issue the following day I was met with total nonchalance. Every few months they request that the seniors clean their exterior doors most can hardly walk the entire staff needs to be replaced with individuals that actually care about senior citizens.

This is a very nice facility. Always nice and clean. The grounds are well kept. Had a fun time in the recreational room for a birthday party. The kitchen was clean also the bathrooms. Plenty of parking for guests.

My grandmother has been living in these apartments for 10+ years the apartments are really nice they’re always clean and the staff are professional.

However complex could really use some updates!

broad daylight break in of a 2nd floor apartment today, and the CBH property management says we do not need security, call the Police, the victim did when they arrived home and called the sheriffs and 1 hour and 45 minutes later they showed up
glad there were no injuries.

My mom lives in your apartments for like 15 years she loves it I love it we gave her a party and the recreation room it was awesome always clean people are friendly

Amazing staff Manager Bianca is so helpful and sandra is so nice and patient. Beautiful Community i love it here. Staff is super friendly and great?
