Llevo desde abril 2020 en estos apartamentos y no los recomiendo, no me he ido debido al contrato que tengo con ellos, en lo que llevo aquí siempre hay problemas con el servicio de agua ya sé ha ido como 5 veces en un mes, un día estuvimos todo el día sin luz muchas personas anduvieron durmiendo en los carros, muchos insectos, mi esposo se compro un carro en la noche y cuando nos levantamos ya la grúa se lo había llevado, no tienen consideración en medio de la pandemia, la lavandería es muy costosa como para que tengan equipos viejos, para recargar la tarjeta de lavandería hay que ir a la oficina y no aceptan billetes de $1 entre otras cosas más, ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en apartamento en EU....muy bonito el lugar pero pésimo servicio.

Paso a diario por ese lugar desde que empezo la construccion. Estamos encantados con lo bello de las viviendas y el lugar. Aunque me gustaria obtener un alquiler de apartamento, cual es la fecha limite para solicitar? SERIA EN kISSIMEE. GRACIAS POR SU INFORMACION.

Horrible no hacen nada cuando uno pone un reporte,marihuanos vecinos ruidosos con música alta desde las 6:30 am, y los de la oficina no hacen nada para parar eso, no es un buen lugar para vivir, desde que llegue tuve problemas los vecinos son mariguanos y el aroma se penetraba en mi apartamento,, no es un buen lugar para niños

I've been here for a some years now never have a problem with roaches, and did'nt bring no roaches with me. Never had my car towed or broken into. Not worried about nobody smoking marijuana it's legal to smoke marijuana in California and what my neighbors do in their own homes/ Apts.is their business I just close my windows,never had anyone bully my children or grandchildren when they visit I never had a problem with my neighbors we mind our own business. Had a problem with the plumbing call the office they came and fixed the problem immediately new sink new garbage disposal etc. had a problem with a large dog before and want to talk to the owner and resolved it. Different circumstances for different people. I lived in rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Ontario they were way worse than these apartments and more expensive. Yes I've seen roaches outside on the ground but none in our apartment, yes I've seen mouse/rat run up and down the street which you're going to have because you're surrounded by houses/ apts. most of these type of vermins and insects are here before we got here and people bring them here and then complain about them and if you move into Apt with roaches infested there is something wrong with you. Again I can only speak for my family we never had a problem since we've been here. We don't need our carpet change because we keep our carpet clean and maintenance. Also these apartments can become very dusty again we do maintenance to keep it down. We come from a home we lost in covid crisis. And some of the things I've seen some of my neighbors in homes do are unbelievable we mind our business but we pay attention. Peace ✌️ furthermore graduated son from Carter high School what honors! He never had a problem in these apartments are at school.

There are roaches here inside the apartments and outside just crawling around on the floor

The owner has tried saying contact them through email because clearly they dont answer through there site and the people in the office just lie about giving a call back avoid this place at all cost please unless your okay with roaches the roaches are outside as well ive seen them when walking at night time its really disgusting i'm paying 2000 just to live with roaches 🙂

We moved a couple of months ago to this place and it was the worst decision at the moment! The first day they were going to give us the apartment we found countless dead cockroaches, the cabinet drawers full of these dead animals and full of eggs, we had already left our previous apartment and we were in a dilemma we had nowhere to go and with an apartment full of these animals we had no other option but to move until today 01/09/24 we continue to have the same problem they have come to fumigate several times we have to put everything in boxes and leave for 4 hours at this point we want to leave this place the problem is that we have a contract and we do not know what to do! My advice do not move to this place apt 283

I have been living in these apartments for about 12 years. Recently I had an issue with my small breed maltipoo being viciously killed by a huge pit bull who lives on the premises(1 of 4). I have reported this to the manager Tracy at which nothing has been done. I have seen the owner of these 4 pit bulls walking around like nothing ever happened. Mind you this a complex is filled with small little dogs, small children, and older adults. This dog got out of his owners control and nearly ripped my dogs intestines right out of his stomach. Nothing, not a thing has been done. When I call to follow up, they say call back later. If you read the agreements on their website it clearly states. NO LARGE BREED DOGS OVER 20lbs. These dogs are at least 90lbs each. RIP to my sweet baby. I will not stop fighting until something is done. Even if it means going to google and leaving a review so other people can feel safe in the place they called home for this many years. My other dog feels scared going for walks now, i feel scared taking her out knowing those dogs are still here, and I’m scared for the safety of the little children around here. This is honestly so sad that this is what Bella park has come to. The old manager would’ve had those dogs gone expeditiously.

Update, I called as you asked me too and still nothing. What a pointless response this was

The larger more robust African American lady in the leasing office if extremely rude and seems inconvenienced when asked for any help. She sends packages to people that aren’t on my lease and had an attitude with me when I asked why they gave my package to the wrong person and made me go knock on strangers door for my package. As a small woman having to approach a strangers place of residences doesn’t feel very safe. The leasing office told me it was the only way to retrieve the pack was myself in person. She also told me she was doing me a favor by sending me to knock on a random residence apartment even though she did almost nothing for me. Shout out to the dude that was in the office attempting to help before she came out from the back to prevent me from getting help, he’s chill but the lady in the office is rude and useless and hates doing her job.
