I’ve lived here for so long. The staff is always so kind and helpful. The updates to the complex are beautiful as well.

They even bring in awesome food trucks for us! Today they had free coffee in the morning for the residents by Rusted Iron and it made my day.

I would definitely check this place out if you’re looking around in the Murrieta area for apartment homes.

Lived here for a year now. Since we moved in William has address and fixed all our maintenance concerns. Will is knowledgeable and helpful. He deserves 10 stars! and a raise!. Will made our family feel welcome since we moved in. You can count on Will to say hi, have a great attitude and have a conversation.
He really does cares and we are thankful. Will is friendly, professional and has made us feel welcome and we consider him family. Great job Will!!! Bell Murrieta you have a great employee!

I am currently looking for new apartment and came in to tour and get some info. Brody, who assisted me was AMAZING! He made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. When I email him he responds! His customer service skills are at the top! We are really hoping to move into these beautiful apartments all thanks to Brody!

To all the people complaining about parking: STOP. You are fully aware that you have only 2 spaces when you move in, it’s in the contract. If you are not happy with that, live somewhere else. There are improvements that need to be made such as fitness center updates and dog poo around the property, but parking is not one of them. I appreciate that the new owners are fixing the property, it looks much cleaner and it feels safer. I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s a decent good place to live and the staff are always friendly.

My husband and I came to visit Bell Murrieta Springs and did a tour. Sharon helped us tremendously! She was wonderful! She answered every question we had and we had quite a lot of questions and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient. We followed up throughout the week and spoke with other employees there and they were all very helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered and helped us find an apartment that best suited our wants and needs. My family and I have been here for years and we have had a wonderful experience. Our unit fit's our needs and if there was anything that need repair, the maintenance team has been here w/in the same day or 24 hours. We love that fact that the complex is Pet Friendly! I am seeing many upgrades to the complex of the apartments inside and out as well as the community center. The staff arranges for community events and brings in Food Trucks. Sharon and Charles are wonderful and all of the maintenance staff are friendly, professional and wave when you see them out and about.

Been living in these apartments for a year now, the staff is always so kind and very helpful. Even the maintenance crew they have here are very nice and will help with whatever is needed or answer any questions if they can. Will, the maintenance guy is awesome, he has been to our unit a few times and always has the best attitude and goes over and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

As of the leasing office, Sharon is just stellar at what she does and is very kind and always listens to what your needs are and will make it happen with whatever it is you need. I highly recommend talking to Sharon when getting trying to get into a unit. She will take care of you.

I would highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a safe, fun and friendly place to live. Bell Murrieta has already made so many changes with more to come. They definitely take care of the residents here.
