We stayed at Beland Mansion - Blushing Rose suite. Loved it! Absolutely gorgeous. You feel like you're in a Hallmark movie. Also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will definitely tell all our friends about it. Totally planning to come again.

We recently stayed at the Beland Mansion, in the Blushing Rose Suite, while visiting family. The suite was quite large and just lovely. It is also located in the perfect spot for easy access to all attractions.
Though the owners do not live on site, they are very gracious, responsive and accommodating.
Finally, the cost is half of staying in one of the downtown hotels, that we previously used (Wyndham and Marriott).

The service is very nice and they respond quickly. There are plenty of places to drive to and visit, and you can park your carand walk around as well.

We loved our stay in the Frontier Room. We were passing through the area so didn’t have long to explore but wish we had more time to stay here. The Inn is well situated in Fort Smith, not far from I-40 and close enough to explore the downtown area. The room was clean and we loved the coffee in the morning before breakfast as we packed for the road. The hosts are very nice and personable. Very knowledgeable about the area and easy to talk to. We enjoyed breakfast; fruit followed by eggs with herbs from the garden and bacon and homemade muffins. We recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We came upon this place through Google. But then a local person that we met, highly recommended it. So glad we did! Mike & Suzy are wonderful innkeepers. Very knowledgeable about history of the area. Great personalities. Room was wonderful. Felt like home. Jacuzzi in suite was relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding. Loved the town of Fort Smith. We would recommend this place for leisure or business travel.

Wonderful experience. This B&B was perfect: good room, excellent food, great location and a beautiful home. You never know what you are going to get in a B&B, this one we really liked. The owners were so friendly, the cats were curious (and we love kitties), and the porch was built for sitting. Did I say the food was excellent? I meant it.
